Rose Pharmacy Promo

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will open a BPI #SaveUp account and/or download and sign up for VYBE by BPI at any Rose Pharmacy from June 1 to July 31, 2025.  

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp account and/or downloaded and signed up for VYBE by BPI will be entitled to a PHP 100 worth of Guardian items.  

3. The customer must scan the BPI QR code available at the store to open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp account and VYBE by BPI is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app. 

4. A live confirmation screen should be presented and redeemed at Rose Pharmacy where the customer performed the account opening.  

5. The free Guardian item worth PHP 100 is valid immediately and should be availed within an hour of reaching the confirmation screen. Rose Pharmacy personnel should ask the customer to click the back icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application at the store.  

6. Rose Pharmacy personnel will ask for the customer’s mobile number’s last 4 digits used in the account opening. 

7. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp account and/or signing up for VYBE by BPI is subject to the existing policies of BPI.  

8. This promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other offers of BPI in partnership with Rose Pharmacy Inc. 

1. To redeem the free Guardian item worth PHP 100, accountholders need to show the actual confirmation screens to the store personnel of Rose Pharmacy while the application is still active. For avoidance of doubt, no screenshot or screen grab shall be allowed for redemption purposes.  

2. The free Guardian item worth PHP 100 is not transferable and convertible to cash, subject to the terms and conditions of Rose Pharmacy. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item or e-voucher.  

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and Rose Pharmacy shall not replace the redeemed item.   

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.  

2. All questions and issues arising from and in connection with the promo will be accepted within the promo duration, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.   

3. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.   

4. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, and/or redemption of the free item under the program.   

5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank’s processes and the customers’ participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon or shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

6. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. The BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page.   

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
