Rose Pharmacy Promo

BPI #SaveUp Account

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will apply for BPI #SaveUp account in participating Rose Pharmacy Inc. Store from February 15, 2024 to April 15, 2024. Promo extended until June 30, 2024.

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp account will be entitled to a P100 worth of Rose Pharmacy House Brand.

3. The Customer must scan the QR code available in the store to apply or open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp account is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app.

4. Confirmation Screen should be presented and redeemed at Rose Pharmacy Inc Store where the customer performed the account opening. Store personnel should ask the customer to click the back button/icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.

5. The free Php 100 The Guardian Hand Wash is valid immediately when verified by the Rose Pharmacy Store Personnel. Once verified, redemption of free Php100 The Guardian Hand Wash can be availed 60 days after the promo period. 

6. Rose Pharmacy Inc Store Personnel will ask for the customer’s last 4 digits of their mobile number used in the account opening. (for control & reporting purposes).

7. Opening of a BPI #SaveUp account is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

8. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.

BPI VYBE (Selected RPI Stores Only)

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will download and sign up for VYBE by BPI in selected Rose Pharmacy Inc outlet from February 15, 2024 to April 15, 2024. Promo extended until June 30, 2024.

2. All new customers who have successfully downloaded and signed up for a VYBE by BPI will be entitled to:

a. Download and sign up to VYBE and get to pick a prize where you can win VYBE by BPI merch (everyone gets something)

b. Pay Php 1 using BPI Vybe and get House Brands.

3. The application for VYBE by BPI is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the app.

4. The customer must scan the QR code available in the store to apply or open VYBE by BPI. Confirmation Screen should be presented and redeemed at the BPI booth available in the Rose Pharmacy Inc. Stores where you perform the download & sign up.

5. The free items are valid immediately and may be used only once. Customer should immediately redeem the free item within 1hr of reaching the confirmation screen. BPI Personnel will validate the liveliness of the application and log customer information on the monitoring sheet.  

6. Downloading and signing up a VYBE by BPI is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

7. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.

1. To redeem the Php 100 The Guardian Hand Wash, account holders need to show their confirmation screens store personnel of Rose Pharmacy Inc.  

2. The Php 100 The Guardian Hand Wash is not transferable and convertible to cash, Subject to T&C Rose Pharmacy Inc. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item, or e-voucher.

3. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and Rose Pharmacy Inc shall not replace the redeemed Php 100 The Guardian Hand Wash.

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. All questions and issues arising from and in connection with the Promo will be accepted within the Promo duration, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes. 

3. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants. 

4. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the eGCs or prize under the Program. 

5. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI accountholder’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. 

6. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. Should he win game cards or be awarded eGCs, the BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page. 

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
