Reactivate Now, Waive Card Replacement Fee Promo

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for holders of the following BPI Credit Cards (“Participating Cards”), subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder:

• BPI Rewards Card (Blue Mastercard)
• BPI Edge Card (Edge Mastercard)
• BPI Gold Rewards Card (Gold Mastercard)
• Petron BPI Card (Petron Mastercard)
• BPI Platinum Card (Platinum Rewards Mastercard)
• BPI Amore Cashback Card
• BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card / Robinsons Cashback Card
• BPI Signature Card (VISA Signature Card)

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the BPI Credit Card, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities, and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Policy, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from October 20, 2026 to November 19, 2026  (“Promo Period”), shall be open to select BPI Credit principal cardholders who (“Eligible Clients”):

• Receive the Promo notification via email or SMS;
• Request for reactivation via any BPI Branch or BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 within the Promo Period;

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Clients are entitled to a WAIVED CARD REPLACEMENT FEE. The fee will be automatically waived or reversed for the qualified BPI Credit Card upon successful reactivation.

2. The Eligible Client’s account must be active and current at the time of scheduled fee waiver.

3. The waiver applies specifically to the Card Replacement Fee and cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or other items.

4. BPI reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Promo upon prior approval of DTI.

5. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
