Reactivate Now, Get Your Cash Credit Promo

Earn up to PHP 2,000 Cash Credit when you reactivate your BPI Credit Card and meet the minimum spend through BPI’s Reactivate Now, Get Your Cash Credit Promo (the “Promo”).

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for holders of the following BPI Credit Cards (“Participating Cards”), subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder:

• BPI Rewards Card (Blue Mastercard)
• BPI Edge Card (Edge Mastercard)
• BPI Gold Rewards Card (Gold Mastercard)
• Petron BPI Card (Petron Mastercard)
• BPI Platinum Card (Platinum Rewards Mastercard)
• BPI Amore Cashback Card
• BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card / Robinsons Cashback Card
• BPI Signature Card (VISA Signature Card)

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the BPI Credit Card, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities, and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Policy, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from October 20, 2026 to November 19, 2026 (the “Promo Period”), shall be open to select BPI Credit Cardholders who (“Eligible Clients”):

• Receive the Promo electronic direct mail or SMS;
• Request reactivation via any BPI Branch or by calling the BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889 10000 within the Promo Period; 
• Use the reactivated Participating Card and meet the applicable minimum spend requirement based on card variant within 60 days from card reactivation.

2. Transactions that will qualify for the Promo ("Qualified Transactions") include straight retail purchases, online transactions, and SIP merchant transactions (based on the principal amount).

3. Only valid and successfully posted Qualified Transactions shall be considered in the computation of the required spend amount. Transactions that are subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled, disputed, fraudulent, or subject to chargeback shall be excluded from the spend computation and may affect the cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo.

4. The Promo excludes transactions related to:

• Stock, foreign exchange, and other financial trading; remittance; mobile wallets and online payment systems (e.g., GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph), including POI funding and member financial institution transactions;
• Business-related transactions, including direct or multi-level marketing, wholesale/distribution, payment services, and professional services; and
• Gambling, casino, and quasi-cash activities, including bail and bond payments, betting and lotteries, internet gambling, horse/dog racing, wire transfers, money orders, political organizations, and quasi-cash transactions (member or merchant).

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Clients will receive a CASH CREDIT based on their BPI Card type. The cash credit will be credited to the qualified Participating Card within thirty (30) working days after the validation of the spend requirement.

2. The cardholder’s account must be active and current at the time of SMS confirmation and crediting of the applicable cash credit.

3. Eligible Clients will receive a confirmation via electronic direct mail or SMS notifying them that they have successfully qualified for cash credit after validation of the spend requirement. 

4. The cash credit will be automatically credited to the qualified card and can be used to pay for future purchases or any outstanding balance. It cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or other products.

5. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

6. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and BSP rules.
