1. The BPI Experience in Singapore Promo is open to all Principal Cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are in good standing during the promo period. The participating BPI Visa Credit Cards are as follows:

4. The Major and Minor prizes of the BPI Experience in Singapore Promo will be awarded to the Principal Cardholder.

5. By participating and qualifying in this promo, the Principal Cardholder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions provided herein.

6. The Principal Cardholder must have updated contact details in BPI’s records.

7. By joining this promo, cardholders have authorized BPI to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process.

j. By completing his/her registration, the Principal Cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway. 

k. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI’s records, the Principal Cardholder is required to update his/her contact information by visiting the nearest BPI branch.

2. All prizes are tax-free and transferable to first-degree family members, but are not convertible to cash and not for resale. Prize taxes shall be shouldered by BPI.

3. The Winner of the Major Prize and his/her chosen companion must have an active passport with at least six (6) months validity from October 3, 2025.

4. The roundtrip business class airfare from Manila to Singapore shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

a. Details of the guests must be provided by August 31, 2025 and cannot be amended thereafter.

b. The dates of the flights shall be determined by BPI and Visa.

c. Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.

d. All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable once ticketed.

e. No rebooking or change of dates shall be accommodated beyond the 4D3N.

f. The winner should travel on October 3, 2025 in time for the race proper.

g. Only the cost of flights is covered.

h. Other travel expenses and requirements not included in the above-mentioned prize details (including passport and other travel documents, luggage, gadgets, etc.) shall be for the sole account of the raffle winner.

5. If the winners are based outside of Metro Manila, the winner shall shoulder the cost of transportation and all other travel expenses (hotel accommodations, food, etc.) in going to and from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila.

6. If, for any reason, a winner is unable to redeem the prize within the specified period, BPI reserves the right to select and appoint a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) as a substitute recipient. The substitution of a KOL in place of the original winner does not modify the terms and conditions of this promotion. At its sole discretion, BPI may provide the KOL with a prepaid allowance valued at US $625 (inclusive of tax) in addition to the prize outlined herein.

1. BPI will electronically generate raffle entries and will be drawn using an electronic raffle program.

2. The raffle draw will be on the week of July 28, 2025 and shall be conducted virtually or at BPI Buendia Center, 372 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City in the presence of representatives from BPI and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

3. Winners will be announced through BPI’s social media platforms, press releases, and/or electronic direct mail, and will be notified via registered mail, e-mail, Viber, and/or SMS within five (5) banking days after the electronic raffle draw. 

The Grand Prize winner must confirm participation by calling BPI Contact Center and claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours from primary contact with BPI. If the winner fails to respond within this period, the prize shall be forfeited and awarded to a back-up winner upon prior approval from DTI.

Minor Prize winners shall be given until September 30, 2025 to claim their prizes by calling the BPI Contact Center. Any prizes that remain unclaimed after the stated deadlines will be forfeited in favor of BPI, with the prior approval of DTI.

If, for whatever reason, the winners do not want to avail of their respective prizes, he/she may notify BPI by calling BPI Contact Center to opt-out. BPI reserves the right to award another winner, with the concurrence of DTI-FTEB.

4. The Winner will be announced and posted on BPI’s social media pages, press releases and/or electronic direct mail.

5. Clients selected as winners are kindly asked not to publicly discuss or post about their selection until it has been officially verified and approved by the bank.

6. To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid government ID and his/her valid BPI Visa Credit Card.

7. All tickets, bookings, and merchandise in connection with the Prizes were procured and supplied by Visa Worldwide Pte. Limited (Visa). Any issue/concern pertaining to the tickets and activities/itineraries shall be raised to and addressed/settled by Visa. The winners and his/her companion shall have sole recourse against Visa in case of any issue on the tickets and/or the activities/itineraries, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of flight schedule, refusal of admission in the venue and non-admission in the hotel shall have no recourse whatsoever against BPI, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives.

8. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free BPI and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of BPI or Visa. BPI and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, BPI and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

1. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

2. By participating in this promo, the winners of the program and their companions hereby agree as follows:

a. BPI is authorized to provide information of the winners to third-party contractors or agents to implement the promo including the raffle draw and procurement of prizes.

b. To allow BPI to collect the personal information of the winners and their companion during the travel, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, for marketing purposes related to this promo and the winners and their companions agree to waive any right to royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

c. The winners agree and will cause his/her companion to agree to the post-event communication to be done by BPI and in connection thereto, the winners consent and shall cause his/her companion to consent that BPI has the right to take their photographs and videos during activities within the travel and staycation period and to use these photographs and videos in any and all post-program publicity materials /media, whether online and offline, and other marketing materials of BPI. A consent form shall be for this purpose and shall be signed by the winners. In this connection, the winners and their companion deemed to have waived any right to any royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI social media pages, electronic direct mail, and press releases.

3. Employees of Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI), its subsidiaries and affiliates and other third-party agencies directly involved in this promo, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from participating in this Program. In case the declared winner is found to be falling in any of the categories described in this section, the winner is automatically disqualified, and a new raffle will be conducted to replace the disqualified winner to be witnessed by a DTI representative.

4. The Bank, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the promo at any time.

5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

6. The Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
