1. This promo is open to existing customers of VYBE.

2. Auntie Anne’s customers who are not yet registered in VYBE must download VYBE by BPI app to qualify. Customers must have registered mobile numbers. 

3. To join, customers must pay via QR Ph using VYBE at participating branches nationwide from October 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026, for over the counter, dine-in or take-out purchases.

4. Get a free Cream Cheese Stix for min spend of PHP 500.

5. Each VYBE-registered mobile number is entitled to only one (1) free item per qualifying transaction and corresponding sales receipt. Transactions that are intentionally or otherwise split into multiple receipts from a single purchase shall be treated as one transaction and will be entitled to only one (1) free item.

6. Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, customers may avail of the offer multiple times during the promo period through separate qualifying transactions, provided that only one (1) free item may be redeemed per sales receipt and per qualifying transaction.

7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

8. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI. 

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
