Pay Bills Promo

1. BPI QuickPay, Recurring and Batch Bills Payment are not qualified for this promo. Only payments done in-app are qualified for this promo.

2. A Unique Bills Payment refers to a biller payment made to a specific merchant account number or card number.

3. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein will have the winner forfeit his/her winnings with prior approval from the DTI.

4. All employees of BPI including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo. 

5. All disputes related to this Program will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

6. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, raffle entry entitlement and prize claiming, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

7. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the Program and receipt of the prizes.

8. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to discontinue, or cancel the Program at any time. 

9. The promo prizes are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.

10. BPI will shoulder the tax, if any, for the prize (20% tax for raffle Promo prizes exceeding Php 10,000). 

11. By participating in this Program, the winners hereby agree as follows:

a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

12. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.

Eligibility and participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from March 15, 2024 to October 31, 2024 (“Promo Period”), shall be open to all BPI clients. 

By participating in this Program, the winners hereby agree as follows:

a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes.

b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo.
