Promo mechanics
1. Open to all BPI clients who will send money abroad/ do an outward remittance transaction during the promo period. Transactions can be made via BPI branches or via BPI’s digital channels.
2. For every outward remittance transaction made during the promo period, clients earn one (1) electronic raffle entry.

3. The promo period is from August 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024.
Monthly Raffle and Prize Timeline and Process
4. The monthly electronic raffle draw will be held on-site at the 14/F BPI Buendia Center and in the presence of representatives from DTI and Audit from BPI, within fifteen (15) days after the last banking day of the month.

5. An eligible client can only win once during the program period.
6. Only eligible clients who did not win during previous raffle draw dates may participate in the succeeding Raffle Draw Dates.
7. Raffle winners will be notified via registered mail, SMS/phone call and email notification within two (2) weeks after the raffle draw.
Other Conditions
8. All employees of BPI including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
9. The Bank, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to discontinue, or cancel the Program at any time.
10. The benefits of this Promo are non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.
11. By participating in this Program, the accountholder winners hereby agree as follows:
a. That BPI is authorized to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws and crediting of prizes:
b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Program. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases
