3. BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

4. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. The offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

6. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.  

7. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Extended Terms and Condition

1. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his or her card. 

2. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. 

3. In the event that the offered reward on the free item becomes unavailable upon redemption, Merchant must replace the reward item with an item of equal or greater value with the concurrence of the Cardholder.

4. Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI. 

5. In case of dispute in respect to the Bank only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 

6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Card and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows cardholders to avail of up to 12 months Real 0% SIP at participating branches/channel of Merchant.

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

Terms and Conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 6,000.

b. The terms may be available for select items only. 

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI's approval. 

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method 

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholders decide to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing. 
• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant. 

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant. 

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this program campaign. 

How To Avail

1. Visit any participating branches of merchant. 

2. Use any of the participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your purchases. BPI Credit Cardholders can avail of up to 12 months Real 0% SIP.

3. Available installment terms: 3, 6, and 12 months. Terms may be available for select items. Valid for a minimum installment spend of Php 6,000.
