3. BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

4. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
5. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.
6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
7. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other service.
8. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.
9. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
How to Avail
1. Visit any participating branch of merchant.
2. Use any of the participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cards to pay for your purchases. Qualified BPI Credit Cardholders may avail of up to 6 months Real 0% SIP.
3. Available installment terms: 3 and 6 months. Terms may be available for select items. Valid for a minimum installment spend of PHP 3,000 or higher.

Program Mechanics – Special Installment Plan (SIP)
1. The Program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows Cardholders to avail of up to 6 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant.
3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):
a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000 or higher.
- 3-month term: Minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000
- 6-month term: Minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 6,000
b. The terms may be available for select items only.
c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.
d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:
- Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders
Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.
e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method
e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.
e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.
4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating Merchant.
5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer.
