#MySaveUp Php 50 Challenge Raffle

General Policies  

These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for select BPI deposit accountholders who: (i) receive a notice from BPI of their eligibility to join the Promo; (ii) deposit fresh funds into their #MySaveUp account within the Promo Period; and (iii) download and register in the BPI App within the Promo Period, subject to the eligibility requirements further prescribed hereunder.   

 The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #MySaveUp, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.   

  Eligibility and Participation  

 1. The Promo shall cover entries from March 1 to May 31, 2024.  

2. The Promo shall be open to all BPI #MySaveUp accountholders who are (“Eligible Accountholders”): 

a. receive an email and/or SMS from BPI of their eligibility to join the Promo 

b. deposit fresh funds into their #MySaveUp account within the Promo Period; and  

c. download and register in the BPI App within the Promo Period.  

 3. Eligible Accountholders shall be entitled to earn one (1) raffle entry for every Fifty Pesos (Php 50) worth of fresh funds deposited into their #MySaveUp account, reckoned on the last day of the relevant Promo Period. An additional raffle entry will be given to Eligible Accountholders who download and register in the BPI App within the relevant Promo Period.  

4. The raffle draw will be conducted on June 13 at the 7th Floor, BPI Family Savings Bank Head Office, Paseo De Roxas corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City at 10:00 AM, with representatives from BPI and DTI.

5. An Eligible Accountholder may only win once during the Promo. If a name was drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.

6. The Promo winners will be notified via SMS and/or email on or before June 22, 2024. All winners shall also be notified via registered mail.

 7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from further participation in the Promo if, in its judgment, that person has violated the terms and conditions herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual's right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.  

  Prizes  

 For this campaign, there will be one (1) winner of Php 30,000 and five (5) winners of Php 5,000. The prize will be credited to the winners’ #MySaveUp account.  

Other Terms and Conditions   

1. Should any winner’s #MySaveUp account be closed for whatever reason at the date of raffle prize crediting, the prize shall be automatically forfeited.   

2. Only #MySaveUp account holders are eligible for this raffle.   

3. Accounts with Php 0 balance as of June 13, 2024 will not be eligible for the raffle draw .

4. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The prize is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Eligible Accountholder.    

5. Raffle winners will be notified via SMS, email notification, and registered mail.   

6. Should the crediting of the prize cause the winner’s #MySaveUp account to exceed the Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php 30,000) maximum limit, the winner is required to visit the nearest BPI branch to facilitate the lifting of the limit to receive the cash prize.   

7. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Eligible Accountholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.   

8. Any dispute related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the relevant Promo Period.    

9. BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.   

10. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #MySaveUp account, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.   

11. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.     

12. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes.    

13. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.   

14. BPI will shoulder the 20% tax, if any, for the raffle prizes exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000).
