Promo Period: August 22, 2025 to October 31, 2025

Funding and Registration Period: Until November 30, 2025 

Mechanics:

1. New-to-bank Overseas Filipinos in the Middle East are qualified to join the raffle promo.

2. To join the raffle, Overseas Filipino must simply open a BPI #SaveUp account from August 22, 2025 to October 31, 2025.

3. Customer must use his/her Middle East mobile number and respective country code to open the account. The following countries and country codes are qualified:

5. Customer must also register intent to join the promo by filling out this registration form: https://l.bpi.com.ph/MoveToNextRegister. The following data shall be collected:

• #SaveUp account Number
• Country Code
• Mobile Number

6. Registration cut-off shall be on November 30, 2025

7. Once the account is fully-verified, customer must reach an average daily balance of PHP 100,000 to earn 1 raffle entry. For every PHP 100,000 average daily balance, the customer gets an additional 1 entry. Example: PHP 210,000 ADB = 2 raffle entries.

8. Customer has until November 30, 2025 to reach the average daily balance requirement.

9. The winner shall be determined via raffle draw on December 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm to be witnessed by a DTI representative and one (1) BPI officer-representative. Raffle shall utilize random.org to determine the winner.

10. Drawn winner shall receive PHP 175,000 tax-free cash credited to his/her BPI #SaveUp account. BPI shall shoulder the applicable prize tax.

11. There shall only be one (1) winner of the PHP 175,000 prize. Prize may be transferrable but must be initiated by the customer once credited to his/her BPI #SaveUp account.

12. Winner shall be notified via e-mail, BPI app in-app messaging and via registered mail. Registered mail shall be sent to the customer’s Philippine address. Winner shall be announced via BPI’s official Facebook page.

13. BPI shall credit the cash prize directly to the winner’s #SaveUp account within 60 banking days from the raffle draw.

14. All employees of BPI and Robinsons Bank and their affiliates including their relatives up to second level of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.

1. BPI shall not be held liable for any impediment beyond the Bank’s control such as, but not limited to, natural disasters, inclement weather conditions, or any local-government restrictions, which may cause the delay of the raffle and / or the crediting of the cash prize.

2. BPI reserves the right to refuse honoring the winner if the account opening was found sourced through fraudulent, illegal or any activity inconsistent with the law.

3. In case of any dispute with respect to the promo, including eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

4. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.

5. By participating in this promo, the customer:

i. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to provide information of the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Program including the processing of electronic raffle draws.

ii. Agrees, consents and authorizes BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to his/her name, mobile number, e-mail address and current location. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of the identified winners, including his/her name, for marketing purposes related to this promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.

6. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
