The Easy Wins Promo (“Promo”) is open to new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients as they start and/or maintain their relationship with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (“Bank”).

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients who meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder.

2. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, including the Preferred Banking Terms and Conditions and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part of these Terms.  

3. Any dispute arising from or related to this Promo shall be resolved in accordance with the decision of the Bank, subject to concurrence by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

4. Employees of the Bank, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are not eligible to participate in this Promo.

Promo Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from January 10, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and is open to all new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients who open and/or maintain a primary deposit and/or investment account with the BPI Group of Companies (“Qualified Clients”). The list of participating deposit and/or investment products is provided in Annex “A”.

2. To participate in the promo, new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred clients must opt in via:

i. Fill out and sign the 2026 Easy Wins Raffle Promo Participation Form through their respective Branch Manager. 

ii. Digital communication channel - Promo Registration Page. 

3. Qualified Clients shall earn raffle entries as they grow their Total Relationship Balance (TRB) by adding fresh funds to their deposit and/or investment accounts as follows:

4. The Promo shall consist of four (4) raffle draws, each corresponding to the following Promo Periods, qualification dates and draw dates:

5. The number of raffle entries awarded to a Qualified Client for each Qualified Raffle Entries Period will be based on the combined incremental Average Daily Balance (ADB) from both Deposit (CASA) and Investment accounts during the applicable months, as illustrated below:

6. Raffle entries earned within a particular Qualified Raffle Entries Period will expire after the raffle draw for that Qualified Raffle Entries Period and will not be carried over into the next Qualified Raffle Entries Period. 

7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any individual from further participation in the Promo, if in its sole judgment, that individual has violated these Terms and Conditions. Such suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual’s participation rights  and/or forfeiture of any rewards or benefits previously enjoyed.

Raffle Prize

1. During each Promo Period, qualifying clients may win the following:

2. All prizes under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, other gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. Prizes cannot be exchanged for any other product. They are non-transferable and may only be claimed by the winning Client. However, the travel prize (Maldives and Hong Trip) is transferable and valid for 6 months upon awarding.

3. Applicable prize tax, three (3)-year LTO registration fees, and one (1)-year car insurance shall be shouldered by BPI. Any other expenses incurred shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

Raffle Draw and Announcement of Winners

1. The raffle draws will be conducted on-site at the 7/F BPI Consumer Center, Dela Rosa Street corner Paseo De Roxas, Makati City and/or via zoom in the presence of a DTI representative.

2. Each raffle draw winner will be notified within ten (10) business days after the raffle draw date through their registered mailing address, official email address, SMS, and their Branch Manager.

3. Winners are given sixty (60) business days from receipt of the Easy Wins Winner Form to accomplish the same. Upon successful submission of the form, the prize will be available for redemption within fourteen (14) business days. Should a winner fail to accomplish the Easy Wins Winner Form within the prescribed 60-day period, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the prize will then be awarded to the designated back-up winner selected during the raffle draw subject to DTI approval.

4. Each Qualified Client may earn as many raffle entries as possible during the Promo Period but can only win once. As such, a redraw will be conducted if a previous winner is drawn again in a subsequent Promo Period.

Miscellaneous

1. All new account openings are subject to existing policies and procedures of BPI.

2. In case of any dispute in respect of BPI and the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client, the decision of BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final and binding.

3. Any dispute related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the relevant Promo Period. 

4. BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.

5. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the Preferred Banking Terms and Conditions, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

6. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules, regulations and applicable laws.

7. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes.

8. BPI and its subsidiaries shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes.
