Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to existing VYBE users and those joining VYBE for the first time and will run on select dates and participating Toys"R"Us stores:

2. To join the promo, VYBE clients must pay via QR Ph using VYBE for a minimum single receipt transaction of Php1,000 to get (1) Toys"R"Us gift certificate worth Php100 that the client can use on their next purchase.
3. Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per single transaction or per VYBE registered mobile number. If a transaction is split into multiple receipts, only one (1) gift certificate will be given.
4. Clients may avail of the offer multiple times during the promo period, subject to the one (1) redemption limit per transaction.
5. The offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or fixed-price items unless otherwise provided.
6. Clients who will qualify for this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and VYBE.
7. BPI and DTI reserves the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/ vouchers for abuse, gamification, and fraud. While all questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be initially resolved by BPI, the customer is not precluded from pursuing other legal remedies as provided by law.
8. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
