General Policies

These Terms and Conditions govern the promo for targeted BPI Credit Cardholders who apply for, and are issued, a Second BPI Credit Card during the promo period, subject to other eligibility requirements detailed below.

The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Credit Cards, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities, and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part of these terms.

Exclusions and Conditions

1. Customers who already own the same variant of the BPI Credit Card they are applying for will not be eligible for the promo.

2. The 3-year Free AMF applies only to the newly acquired Second BPI Credit Card and does not cover supplementary cards or any existing BPI Credit Cards.

3. Customers who cancel or request the cancellation of their Principal Credit Card account within 3 years from the approval of the Link Card, for the purpose of availing the 3-Year Free Annual Membership Fee (AMF) offer, will be deemed disqualified from the promo. The waived AMF will be retroactively charged to the Link Card.

4. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other BPI card promotions offering waived AMF benefits.

5. In case of disputes, BPI’s decision, with concurrence from the DTI, will be final.

6. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on credit card transactions or participation in the promo may result in disqualification, cancellation of card privileges, and/or charging the full AMF to the principal cardholder’s account at BPI’s discretion.

Other Conditions

1. The principal credit card must be active and in good standing at the time of approval.

2. BPI employees are disqualified from joining the promo.

3. The promo is subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies, BSP regulations, and other applicable laws.

4.  The application and issuance of BPI Credit Cards remain subject to BPI’s credit evaluation and approval process.

Eligibility and Participation

1. The promo period runs from September 16, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).

2. This promo is exclusive to select existing BPI Credit Cardholders who receive a promo code via SMS, EDM, In-app notifications, and Branch. These cardholders are eligible for the Free 3-Year AMF offer.

3. The offer is valid only for applications of a Second BPI Credit Card within the promo period, and the Second card must be issued by BPI within the promo period to qualify. Additionally, customers must not already have an existing credit card of the same variant they are applying for.

Offer Details

1. Eligible cardholders who successfully apply for a Second BPI Credit Card during the promo period will receive a 3-year Free AMF waiver for the newly approved card.

2. There is no minimum spend requirement to avail of the free AMF offer.

3. The free AMF applies only to the newly issued Second credit card and does not extend to existing or supplementary cards.
