Ipon Now, Travel Later Raffle Promo

1. The major prize is getaway trip for 4 to a local destination of choice (Boracay, Bohol, Cebu, or El Nido, Palawan) including roundtrip economy class airline ticket for 4 with 20kg baggage each, 4 Days and 3 Nights accommodation in a Family Room at a 3–4-star hotel/resort.​

2. The prize is transferable, but not convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products.

3. All tickets/accommodation in connection with the Prizes were procured and supplied by Karilagan International Travel And Tours Corporation (KITTCO).

4. Any issue/concern pertaining to the tickets, accommodation, and activities/itineraries shall be raised to and addressed/settled by Karilagan International Travel And Tours Corporation (KITTCO). 5. The winner shall choose his/her preferred travel date. Travel period is within one (1) year upon receipt of registered mail notification. Travel is not valid during Peak periods which include, but are not limited to, Christmas/New Year/Chinese New Year, Holy Week, Labor Day.​

6. The winner may select up to three (3) companions. Any unused companion slots are non-transferable and not convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products.​

7. The travel must be redeemed as a group. Winner and companion/s must share the same travel itinerary, including flights and accommodations.​

8. The winner and chosen companions shall have sole recourse against Karilagan International Travel And Tours Corporation (KITTCO) in case of any issue on the tickets, accommodation, and activities/itineraries, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of flight schedule, and non-admission to the hotel and shall have no recourse whatsoever against BPI, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives.​

9. The winner and chosen companions hereby agree as follows:​

a. Promo mechanics and terms & conditions​

b. BPI is authorized to provide information of the winners to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, raffle draw and prizes;​

c. To allow BPI to collect the personal information of the winners and their companions during the travel, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo and the winners and their companions agree to waive any right to royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases;​

d. The winners agree and will cause his/her companion to agree to the post-event communication to be done by BPI and in connection thereto, the winners consent and shall cause his/her companion to consent that BPI has the right to take their photographs and videos during activities within the travel period and to use these photographs and videos in any and all post-program publicity materials /media, whether online and offline, and other marketing materials of BPI. A consent form shall be for this purpose shall be signed by the winners. In this connection, the winners and their companions deemed to have waived any right to any royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.​

1. The minor prize is brand new motorcycle Honda NaVi including free LTO registration with 3 years validity.

2. The minor prize includes standard registration only. All other costs, including but not limited to insurance, fuel, maintenance, accessories, riding gear, customization, and any additional vehicle parts or related expenses, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

3. Before claiming the prize, the winner is required to:​

a. Register online via LTO's Land Transportation Management System to process the motorcycle registration​

b. Sign a Release, Waiver, and Acknowledgment Form as required by BPI and the authorized dealer

4. Failure to comply with the requirements before claiming the prize may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

5. The winner acknowledges the risks involved in owning and operating a motorcycle and agrees to use it responsibly and in compliance with Philippine laws. BPI shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage (including death or property damage) arising from the use or possession of the motorcycle after it has been awarded.

1. The raffle prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by drawn winners.​

2. Unclaimed prizes after sixty (60) calendar days from receipt of the registered mail notification will be forfeited in favor of the Bank of the Philippine Islands, upon prior approval from DTI. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo Terms and Conditions including Promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.​

3. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.​

4. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.​

5. The opening of any BPI Savings Account shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters and requirements.​

6. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, stockholders, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.

7. BPI employees and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity, agency and promo partner are disqualified to join the Promo.​
