Terms and Conditions
1. This Promo is open to all individuals applying for a BPI Housing Loan for the purchase of a property or solar package, provided that the loan application is submitted within the applicable Promo Period and the loan is booked within the corresponding Booking Period. All loan applications shall be subject to BPI's standard credit evaluation, approval processes, and applicable terms and conditions.
Application Period:
September 16, 2026 - December 31, 2026
Booking Period:
Ayala Land: Loan must be booked on or before March 15, 2027.
Citystate, Filinvest Land, Inc., Go Solar, JC Solar, Shang Properties, and Torre Lorenzo: Loan must be booked on or before March 31, 2027.
2. Submission of all required documents, approval of application, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, and Authority to Deliver (ATD) issuance must be complied within the applicable processing period.
3. Eligible applicants who do not have a BPI account shall be required to open a deposit account with BPI before the release of the loan proceeds, to facilitate loan repayment via Automatic Debit Authorization (ADA).
4. This Promo may be combined with other existing BPI Housing Loan promos and programs, when applicable and subject to BPI's terms and conditions.
5. All promo offers are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or any other form of credit.
6. The applicant agrees to abide by and comply with BPI's rules, regulations, and policies applicable to the BPI Housing Loan.
