1. Payment must be made with a BPI Visa Credit Card and Robinsons Bank Visa Debit Card.

2. For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this offer for the benefit of BPI or Robinsons Bank Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer.

3. Accordingly, the BPI or Robinsons Bank Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this offer shall continue a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become a party thereto.

4. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this offer, the BPI or Robinsons Bank Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:

(1) Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa.

(2) Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.

1. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Visa Credit Card or Robinsons Bank Visa Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

4. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.

6. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. 

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

8. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and/or Robinsons Bank Visa Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo
