Enjoy waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life when you use your BPI Credit Card with a minimum aggregate spend of PHP 5,000 within September 10, 2025 to October 09, 2025. 

How to Avail 

1. The promo is open to pre-selected BPI Credit cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile and/or email registered in BPI’s system record.

2. The Cardholder must refer to the promotional materials sent to their registered mobile number and/or email address with participating BPI Credit Cards: 

a. BPI Rewards Card

b. BPI Edge Card

c. BPI Gold Rewards Card

d. Petron BPI Card

e. Platinum Reward Card

f. BPI Amore Cashback Card

g. BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card

h. BPI Signature Card

3. The promo period shall run from September 10,2025 to October 09, 2025. 

4. Eligible cardholder must accumulate a minimum aggregate spend of PHP 5,000 participating BPI Credit Card (stated in the promotional materials) within the promo period to be entitled to the waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life offer.

5. Only the following qualified transactions made within the promo period shall be included in the computation of the aggregate spend:

a. Local Retail Transactions (Straight) 

b. Foreign Currency Purchases (Straight)  

c. Online or Internet Transactions  

d. Special Installment Plan (SIP) Transactions at Merchant  

e. Cash Advances (Local or International)

f. Auto Charge 

g. Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO)

h. Special Installment Plan (SIP) Transactions via Balance Transfer, Credit-to-Cash, other Non-Retail SIP Loan products

6. The following transactions shall be excluded in computing the aggregate spend:

a. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like)

b. Transactions from casino/gambling, money transfers, quasi cash financial institution, political organizations and bail and bond payment 

c. Business transactions such as but not limited to 

· direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution  

· payment services

· professional services

d. Redemptions of rebates or Real Thrill Rewards

7. For eligible cardholders who are holders of more than one (1) participating card, the waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life will be earned only by using the participating card ending in the last four (4) digits specified in the promo notifications. 

8. Eligible cardholder who meets the PHP 5,000 minimum aggregate spend within the promo period shall be entitled to the waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life offer.  

9. Qualified cardholder will receive an SMS and/or email from BPI confirming of the waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life within thirty (30) days after the end of the promo period. 

10. Fulfillment or effectivity of the waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life offer will commence on November 10, 2025. 

Terms and Conditions

1. The waived annual membership fees (AMF) for life offer shall not be convertible to privileges, rewards and/or other items/products, or exchanged for cash. The offer is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the qualified cardholder (who should be a principal cardholder). 

2. Only the principal cardholder is eligible for the waived annual membership fees (AMF). The annual fee for any supplementary cardholder will not be waived under this promo, even if the principal cardholder meets the required spend.

3. In the event that the qualified cardholder requests an upgrade or conversion of the qualified card in the future, the waived annual membership fees (AMF) offer under this promo will no longer apply. The waiver is non-transferable to the upgraded or converted card.

4. BPI will be sending all notices via Viber, SMS, email, and/or in-app notification to the eligible cardholders’ registered mobile number and/or email address in BPI Credit Cards’ system records. It is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his/her information in BPI Credit Cards’ system records by calling BPI Contact Center at 889-10000 or by visiting the nearest BPI branch. 

5. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

6. BPI reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the promo upon prior approval of DTI. 

7. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized actions related to credit card transactions or participation in the promo may result in disqualification from the promo and/or suspension or cancellation of card privileges at BPI’s sole discretion.

8. Terms and Conditions governing the use of the BPI Express Credit Card/BPI Credit Card, BPI Debit Regular Savings Account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo. 

9. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.   

10. BPI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the eGC reward.  

11. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
