Deserve mo ‘yan with FortunePay Promo

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders* who are enrolled in BPI Online.

2. On the FortunePay app, BPI account holders must make a single cash-in transaction and use BPI Online as source of cash-in from August 15, 2025 to September 15, 2025.

3. For a minimum cash-in of PHP 1,000, the client will receive a PHP 50 cashback to be credited to the client’s FortunePay e-wallet.

4. The cashback can only be availed once during the promo period.

5. The cashback will be credited to the BPI account holder’s FortunePay e-wallet after 3 banking days.

6. This promotion is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash. FortunePay reserves the right to cancel rewards for abuse and fraud.

7. This promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.

8. The qualified clients who will avail the promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and FortunePay.  All questions or disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by FortunePay.

9. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes the bank and FortunePay to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption/crediting of the cashback.

10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
