Promo mechanics

1. Open to all new BPI customers who will apply for BPI #SaveUp account and/or download and sign up to Vybe by BPI in any CVM Pawnshop branch from February 15, 2024 to April 15, 2024.

2. All new customers who have successfully opened a BPI #SaveUp account or downloaded and signed up for Vybe by BPI will be entitled to a P100 discount that can be used in any of the following services offered by CVM Pawnshop, namely: Bills Payment, Tubo, Tubos. One account opened is equivalent to a free Php 100 discount.

3. The Customer must scan the QR code available in the store to apply for or open an account. The application for a BPI #SaveUp or Vybe by BPI account is deemed completed when it reaches the confirmation screen in the BPI app. 

4. Confirmation Screen should be presented at CVM Pawnshop branch within 1 hour of where the customer performed the account opening.

5. CVM Pawnshop Branch Operations Specialist should ask the customer to click the back button/icon on the phone to verify if the customer did a live application in the store.

6. The free Php 100 discount is valid immediately when verified by the CVM Pawnshop Branch Operations Specialist. Once verified, redemption of free Php 100 discount can be availed 60 days after the promo period.  

7. CVM Pawnshop Branch Operations Specialist will ask for the customer's name and mobile number used in the account opening. He/she will log the customer information and name of BPI Product (#SaveUp / Vybe by BPI) in the Point of Sale (POS) System for control and reporting purposes. Submission of reports to BPI will be done weekly (Tuesday submission) covering the data from the previous week.

8. Opening a BPI #SaveUp and/or downloading and signing up for Vybe by BPI account is subject to the existing policies of BPI.

9. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI, will be deemed final.

Redemption of Php 100 discount

*Subject to the following terms & conditions

1. To redeem the Php 100 discount, account holders need to show their confirmation screen of BPI #SaveUp and/or Vybe by BPI to Branch Operations Specialist of CVM Pawnshop. 

2. The Php 100 discount will be part of the store's POS system and must be clicked by CVM Pawnshop's Branch Operations Specialist upon availment of the customer. Discount is automatically reflected on the payment breakdown.

3. The Php 100 discount is not transferable and convertible to cash. Once redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item. 

4. Customers may use the P100 discount in any of the following services of CVM Pawnshop: (1) Bills Payment, (2) Tubo, and (3) Tubos. 

5. The BPI accountholder shall be responsible for safekeeping his confirmation screen. BPI and CVM Pawnshop shall not replace the redeemed Php 100 discount.

Other conditions

1. BPI accountholders whose BPI #SaveUp and/or Vybe by BPI accounts are inactive, suspended or closed will no longer be qualified.

2. All questions and issues arising from and in connection with the Promo will be accepted within the Promo duration, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.  

3. BPI is not an agent of any of the participating merchants and makes no representation as to the quality of the goods and services provided. Any feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective partner merchants.  

4. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prize. BPI and its subsidiaries shall be held free and harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, losses, damages, suits, expenses, taxes, fees and costs arising from or in connection with the BPI accountholder’s participation, availment of and/or use of the eGCs or prize under the Program.

5. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI accountholder’s availment of the Program, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance and/or delivery of the product to the BPI accountholders, subject to the general provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.  

6. By participating in this Promo, the BPI accountholder agrees that the Bank may collect information, such as, but not limited to, mobile number and e-mail address. Should he win game cards or be awarded eGCs, the BPI accountholder likewise agrees and consents to the display and disclosure of his name on the BPI website and Facebook page. 

7. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Promo.
