Catch the good VYBE at WalterMart Mabalacat Opening

1. This promo is open to existing clients of VYBE and WalterMart Supermarket Inc. who will visit and shop WalterMart Mabalacat from October 16, 2025 to October 19, 2025.

2. To be eligible to Catch the VYBE at WalterMart Mabalacat Store Opening promo, clients must:

a. Scan the QR code at the VYBE booth to download and sign up to VYBE using their registered mobile numbers. 

b. Purchase at any WalterMart Mabalacat merchant and pay via QR Ph with VYBE for a minimum of PHP 300.00 single receipt transaction

3. Eligible clients must:

a. Present their VYBE profile/account to brand ambassadors at the booth to claim the FREE VYBE tote bag. One tote bag per registered user only.

b. Present the e-receipt from the VYBE app to brand ambassador to claim the FREE umbrella or PHP 100 WalterMart gift certificate. Screenshot of the transaction is not allowed.

4. Clients may redeem the VYBE umbrella or PHP 100 WalterMart gift certificate every time they meet the minimum purchase requirement and provide proof of transactions. 

5. All promotions are only valid in isolation, not in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers. In the event that there are two or more ongoing promotions, the customer is only entitled to one promotion, discount, or voucher, whichever the customer deems most appropriate.

6. BPI and DTI reserves the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/ vouchers for abuse, gamification, and fraud. While all questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be initially resolved by BPI, the customer is not precluded from pursuing other legal remedies as provided by law.

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

8. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, and in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (R.A. 10754), senior citizens or PWDs may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under these laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
