BPI to Cash x M Lhuillier Cash to Karats Holiday Promo

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders enrolled in BPI online who will send money using BPI to Cash and choose M Lhuillier as payout partner.

2. Promo duration is from October 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. All transactions made during the promo period are eligible for the raffle. Winners and the necklace prize to be awarded will be determined randomly. Winners are not allowed to choose another necklace design, style, or item.

3. Employees of promoting agency (Bank of the Philippine Islands) and advertising agency, and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

4. To join the raffle, BPI account holders must fill out the form at https://pub.communications.bpi.com.ph/BPIandMLhuillierHolidayPromo. Clients with qualified transactions during the promo period will receive a unique code in their BPI online registered e-mail address. Upon receipt of the code, clients must immediately register through the given website. All qualified BPI to Cash transactions with M Lhuillier as the payout partner will automatically earn raffle entries.

5. The deadline to opt in and register through the registration link is December 13, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Failure to register the unique promo code on or before the deadline will render the raffle entry invalid.

6. BPI accountholders can earn multiple raffle entries depending on the number of transactions done during the promo period. 

7. Bank of the Philippine Islands, together with representatives from M Lhuillier and DTI will select the winners on December 14, 2026, at 4:00 PM. If a name was picked in the raffle but is not officially registered, it will be automatically forfeited, and BPI will draw another winner.

8. Winners will be drawn electronically using the randomizer on www.random.org. A BPI account holder can only win once during the promo period.

9. There will be five (5) winners who will each receive a necklace worth P20,000. The prize can be claimed at the nearest M Lhuillier branch that the winner will nominate. The necklace prize to be awarded to each winner will be determined randomly. Winners are not allowed to choose a specific necklace design, style, or item,

10. Winners must present one (1) valid government-issued ID when claiming their prize. If a winner is unable to personally claim the prize within the prescribed claiming period, the winner may authorize a representative to claim the prize on their behalf. The authorized representative must present the following: (a) a signed authorization letter from the winner; (b) a photocopy of the winner's valid government-issued ID; and (c) the original valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative. Failure to present the required documents may result in the non-release of the prize.

11. This promotion is transferable but not convertible to cash. It is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.

12. Winners will be announced on BPI’s official website, and they will be notified through e-mail and registered mail via their registered information in BPI. Winners can claim their prize within 60 days upon receipt of notification. 

13. Qualified BPI accountholders are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and M Lhuillier. All questions or disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI and M Lhuillier.

14. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the Bank and M Lhuillier to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption of prizes.

15. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards and/or cashback/vouchers for abuse, falsification, fraud, and gamification. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved by BPI. 

16. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
