Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders enrolled in BPI online who will link their BPI online account on the FINN app for Android users, and FINN website for IOS users (both by Asiasource Financial Inc.), and use it to pay for their advance.
2. Promo duration is from May 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. All payments made during the promo period are eligible for the raffle.
3. Employees of promoting agency and advertising agency (Bank of the Philippine Islands), and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
4. To join, BPI Account holders must accomplish the official registration form through this link as confirmation to join the promo. If a name was picked in the raffle but is not officially registered, opportunity will be forfeited and BPI will draw another winner.
5. The deadline to opt in and register through the registration link is November 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
6. BPI account holders can earn multiple raffle entries depending on the number of qualified transactions done during the promo period.
7. Bank of the Philippine Islands, together with representatives from Asiasource Financial Inc. and DTI will select the winners on the following raffle draw dates: August 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM for transactions done from May 1, 2026 to July 31 2026, October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM for transactions from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, and December 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM for transactions from October 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. The grand raffle, covering all transactions done from May 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026 will be drawn on December 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
8. Determination of winners will be drawn electronically using the randomizer on www.random.org with the list of eligible entries.
9. Five (5) winners will be drawn every raffle draw day (a total of 15 winners through the whole promo duration). Each winner will receive Php 10,000 which will be credited directly to the winner’s BPI account. On the grand raffle draw day, one (1) winner will receive Php 30,000. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000 will be shouldered by Asiasource Financial Inc.
10. This promotion is transferable but not convertible to cash. It is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion unless otherwise specified.
11. A BPI account holder can only win once, and their account in FINN should be in good standing during the announcement date to be eligible to receive the prize. All qualified participants who did not win during the first 3 raffle draws can still qualify in the grand raffle.
12. Winners will be announced on BPI’s official website, and they will be notified through e-mail and registered mail via their registered information in BPI.
13. Winners must send an email to bpidigitalchannels@bpi.com.ph the copies of their valid ID and proof of winning (snail mail or e-mail announcement from BPI) within 30 days from the email sending date.
14. Winners will receive their prize within 60 days upon receipt of notification and will be notified via email once the prize has been credited to their BPI account.
15. Qualified BPI account holders are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of BPI and Asiasource Financial Inc. Any questions or disputes on redemption transactions should be raised through BPI’s and/or Asiasource Financial Inc.’s complaint‑handling channels, without limiting the account holder’s right to escalate the matter to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or pursue other remedies under applicable laws.
16. By participating in the promo, the BPI account holder authorizes the Bank and Asiasource Financial Inc. to share their relevant information (including personal information) with suppliers or merchants/partners for purposes of the redemption/crediting of the cashback.
17. BPI and DTI reserve the right to cancel rewards, cashback, or vouchers in cases of abuse, falsification, fraud, or gaming, subject to applicable rules and verification procedures. Any questions or disputes relating to the transaction validity of any redemption shall be addressed through BPI’s complaint‑handling mechanisms, without prejudice to the cardholder’s or account holder’s right to escalate the matter to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or pursue other remedies available under applicable laws and regulations.
18. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
