Qualifications

The promo is open to BPI Private Wealth clients and BPI Signature Wealth Cardholders whose accounts are active and in good standing. 

1. To qualify for the discount, the cardholder must present his or her Private Wealth Digital Privilege Card and/or use his or her BPI Signature Wealth Card to pay for the availed service at the Merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit and may not be exchanged for any other product.

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

• The offer is valid from June 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026.
• Advance scheduling is highly encouraged. For scheduling and inquiries, customers may call 8-819-BELO (2356).
• The offer is valid for services availed at participating Belo Medical Group branches.
• The discount/offer shall be given at the branch where the service was availed.

4. The cardholder agrees that should his or her availment be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired, or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI.

6. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) and the Act Expanding the Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher.

7. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank’s processes and the customers’ participation in this Promo, the Bank shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to the customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

8. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Signature Wealth Cards, and the reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise apply to this Promo where applicable.
