1. This Promo is open to first time and current users of the BPI app.
2. This Promo is exclusive to BPI app users only. Transactions made using the VYBE by BPI app are not eligible for the promo.
3. This Promo is valid on all Tuesday of June 2026 (June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30).
4. This Promo allows the purchase of one (1) Ayala Malls Cinema ticket for the promotional price of PHP 1.75.
5. The PHP 1.75 ticket can only be used in regular cinemas. It can not be upgraded to special cinemas.
6. The PHP 1.75 price can only be used to purchase a ticket only, and not bundled with snacks, drinks, or any merchandise.
7. To redeem, customers must have a minimum single-purchase spend of PHP 1,000 at qualified retail stores inside Ayala Malls using the BPI app’s Pay via QR feature. Customers must scan the store’s official QR Ph codes. Personal QR codes are not qualified.
a. Only inline stores (fixed retail spaces) or anchor stores (large, permanent tenants) inside Ayala Malls are considered valid merchants.
b. Excluded from the Promo are pop-up stores, kiosks, bazaar tenants, mall parking, and Ayala Cinemas.
8. This offer is non-stackable. Purchases of PHP 2,000 and above (e.g., PHP 2,000, PHP 3,000, PHP 4,000, etc.) do not qualify for multiple PHP 1.75 tickets.
9. Customer must keep the physical receipt of the Ayala Mall merchant transaction and screenshot of the BPI app or email confirmation to be used as proof of Promo eligibility.
10. Online or delivery orders to not qualify for this promotion.
11. Only one (1) movie ticket may be purchased per BPI app user per day. Customers can not claim multiple promo tickets in one day, even if they have multiple receipts.
12. All movie tickets within this promo must be physically purchased within the same day as the required PHP 1,000 Ayala Malls merchant spend.
13. All Ayala Malls cinema tickets within this promo must be purchased at the same Ayala Malls branch where the required PHP 1,000 merchant spend occurred. Special Ayala 14. Cinemas are excluded (Ayala Malls Bonifacio High Street, Ayala Malls Abreeza, Ayala Malls The 30th).
14. This Promo cannot be applied in conjunction with other promos, discounts, or privileges.
15. All disputes related to this Program will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
16. In case of any dispute with respect to the Promo, including eligibility, claiming of the benefit, the decision of the partner merchant, with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
17. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the accountholder resulting from the accountholder’s participation in the Program and receipt of the benefit.
18. The benefit of this Promo is non-transferrable and non-convertible in any form.
19. By participating in this Program, the BPI app user hereby agree as follows:
a. BPI is authorized to provide information about the accountholder to third-party contractors or agents to implement the Promo including the processing of transactions, electronic raffle draws, and crediting of prizes.
b. To allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and email address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this Promo. In this connection, the winners agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
20. Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where these are applicable to this Program.
