Anantara Vacation Club Promo

1. All transactions must be made within the Promo Period to avail of the Promo.  

2. To qualify for the offer, you must use your Participating BPI Card to pay for the purchases from the Merchant.  

3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.  

4. Offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city.  

5. In order to be eligible for this offer you and your spouse/partner must be earning a minimum combined income of USD 75,000 / PHP 4.4 million per annum, before tax.   

6. Both you and your spouse/partner must be between the ages of 28 and 65, and you are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse/partner.  

7. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.  

8. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.  

9. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged.  

10. Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and AExchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.    

11. You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your lifetime and you can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified.   

12. Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for requested attendance and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are requested to participate in the presentation together with your spouse or partner.

14. Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.  

15. Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night).  

16. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.  

17. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.  

18. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.  

19. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shall be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.  

20. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit or Debit Card, and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.   

1. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit or Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. For security, E-Commerce access is turned off by default. Go to the official BPI Debit Mastercard page to see the steps on enabling your E-Commerce access and international access in Card Control via BPI Online/BPI Mobile App when you need to transact online. Turn off your access when not in use.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

4. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

5. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

6.
