Important Notes:

• The offer is designed for married couples and life partners residing in the same city, from 26 to 65 years old who meet the minimum financial requirement.
• In order to be eligible for this offer you and/or your spouse/partner must be earning a minimum combined income of 75,000 USD per annum / 4.4 million Php, annually before tax. 
• The offer cannot be used for group bookings.  
• The offer includes accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses will be charged.  
• Employees of Anantara Vacation Club and their immediate families, existing Anantara Vacation Club Points Owners, existing Anantara Vacation, Club Voyager Members, A-Explore and A-Exchange Members, Club Discovery and Club Discovery Plus Members and persons who have attended an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer.  
• You can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers over the course of your lifetime and you can only redeem one (1) offer per household during the promotion period unless otherwise specified. 
• A surcharge is payable for stays during peak season (such as Festive periods, Chinese New Year and seasonal holidays).
• Additional charges are payable for requested room upgrades and extra nights.
• Only one amendment per booking is permitted and must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a No-Show administration charge of our best flexible rate (per night). A flat rescheduling fee of USD99 applies and will be charged to the credit card used to process the booking.  
• All fees and charges must be paid in full at the time of booking using a BPI or Robinsons Bank card. 
• Offer is provided at a discounted rate in return for requested attendance and completion of an Anantara Vacation Club preview presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes during the stay. You are requested to participate in the presentation together with your spouse or partner. 
• The Club reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of this offer and/or to suspend or terminate the offer and/or vary the offer at any time at its reasonable discretion.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or materials relating to this offer, these terms and conditions shall prevail with the concurrence of DTI.

Promo Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the offer, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

4. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

5. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

6. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable. 

7. In case of dispute with respect to the Bank only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of the Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.

8. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit or Debit Card, or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card, and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

3. A payment link shall be provided to the cardholder to complete the payment.

5. Present the email confirmation upon check-in.
