The Annual Contractual Rate (ACR) is up to 31.76% with flexible loan term options from 12 to 36 months. A one-time processing fee of Php 1,500 will be deducted from the loan proceeds.

For loans exceeding Php 250,000, a Documentary Stamp Tax equivalent to 75% of 1% of the loan amount applies. To know more, click here.

Sample computation: A loan amount of Php 20,000 payable over 12 months will have a total repayment amount of Php 23,600, inclusive of interest. The estimated monthly amortization is Php 1,966.67. The Annual Contractual Rate (ACR): 31.72%.
