Promotion mechanics

1. The MyBahay promo period will run from January 8, 2024 to June 30, 2024 for online, branch, developer, and broker-referred accounts. The booking period is up to September 30, 2024.

2. The MyBahay program is open to all qualified individuals, at least 21 y/o upon loan application and not

more than 70 y/o upon loan maturity.

3. All residential properties, excluding vacant lots, are allowed; however, limited to a maximum collateral value (i.e. Total Contract Price or Total Appraised* Value) of  Php 3,500,00 only.

*Subject to the bank’s regular property appraisal parameters.

4. The maximum (or minimum) allowable loan amount is Php 3,250,000 (or Php 300,000) while the maximum (or minimum) repayment term is 30 (or 1) year/s.

5. The client shall get a 25% rebate on interest payments every year during the fixing years, capped at 5 years only. The 2% rebate on interest payments will be applied after the 5th year, until the end of the term.

6. The MyBahay Savings Program cannot be in conjunction with future enhancements in the MyBahay Program including, but not limited to lower rates.

7. The MyBahay promo can be bundled with Step-Up Payplan and All-In-Financing payment solutions.

8. The MyBahay loan application is subject to the standard loan evaluation process, terms, and conditions of the bank.


Program Features

1. Minimal cash out of 5% versus the bank’s total appraised value of collateral or the total contract price, subject to developer tie-up program of the bank.

2. Longer repayment term of 30 years.

3. Interest rebate paid every loan anniversary, if borrower incurred no late payments. 

4. 25% rebate to be applied for the first 5 years. 2% will be applied after the 5th year, until the end of the loan term.

5. Minimum gross household income requirement of Php 25,000.

6. Allowed loan purpose are for acquisition and occupancy of real estate property or refinancing (loan take-out) only.
