BPI Gold and BPI Preferred Ayala Land Rebate Reward

Promo Period: July 1, 2025 – September 30, 2025

All eligible Clients (“Clients”) who apply for and are approved for a BPI Housing Loan  amounting to at least Five Million Pesos (PHP 5Mn) shall be entitled to a Reservation Fee rebate of up to PHP 10,000.00 when purchasing a property from any of the following Ayala Land Inc. companies: 

• Ayala Land Premier
• ALVEO
• Avida
• Amaia

Eligibility and Participation

1. The Promo shall be open to all New-to-Bank (NTB) Clients who meet either of the following requirements:

• Apply for and get approved for a BPI Housing Loan amounting to:

i. At least PHP 5,000,000 (for BPI Preferred)

ii. At least PHP 10,000,000 (for BPI Gold)

2. Opens a BPI Preferred or BPI Gold settlement account.

3. Pays for their ALI property reservation fee using a BPI Credit Card.

4. To participate in the Promo, Clients must fill out and sign the client confirmation form through their Relationship Manager and attach a document that will confirm the purchase of an Ayala Land Property.

5. Account opening is subject to BPI’s standard eligible requirement.

6. BPI reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the client if at any time during the Promo Period, the client is unable to proceed with his/her loan application or is unable to make the initial payments.

Reward

1. Participants who meet the requirements mentioned in Section II of the Promo Terms and Conditions will be qualified for rewards.

2. The reward will be in the form of a cash rebate and will be credited to the BPI Primary Deposit Account which the NTB Client opened to avail of the Promo.

Dispute Resolution

1. In case of any dispute or issue between BPI and the NTB Client in connection with terms and conditions of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI on the dispute or issue shall be considered final.

2. All disputes related to this promotion will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.

Definition of Terms

• BPI Preferred – a client with a total relationship balance of a minimum of One Million Pesos (PHP 1Mn) to below Five Million Pesos (PHP 5Mn)
• BPI Gold – a client with a total relationship balance of minimum Five Million Pesos (PHP 5Mn) to below Fifty Million Pesos (PHP 50Mn)
• Total Relationship Balance (TRB) – total relationship balance based on the overall volume in deposits and/or investments with BPI; BPI Group of Companies – Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI Direct BanKo Inc., BPI Investment Management Inc., BPI Capital Corporation, BPI Securities Corporation, BPI Asset Management & Trust Corp. (BPI Wealth), and Robinsons Bank Corp.
• New-to-Bank (NTB) BPI Clients - NTB Clients, who, for purposes of this Promo, are those clients with no existing active primary deposit or investment account/s from any of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months
