Never miss a payment again. With BPI Online Auto Debit Arrangement (eADA), your BPI Credit Card balance is automatically charged to your BPI deposit account every month, on time.

What is BPI Online Auto Debit Arrangement (eADA)?

BPI Online Auto Debit Arrangement (eADA) allows you to authorize BPI to automatically debit your selected BPI Savings or Checking Account to pay your BPI Credit Card every billing cycle.

Once enrolled, your credit card payment will be processed automatically on the due date, based on your selected payment option.

 

Payment Options Available

You may choose any of the following auto-debit payment settings:

  • Minimum Amount Due (MAD)
    Pay only the required minimum amount for each billing cycle.
  • Total Amount Due (TAD)
    Pay your full statement balance automatically.

Note: If your selected payment amount exceeds your available deposit account balance, the auto-debit may not be processed.

 

Who Can Enroll?

You may enroll in BPI eADA if you have:

  • An active BPI Credit Card, and
  • An active BPI Savings or Checking Account under your name

No BPI Savings or Checking Account yet? You can easily open one via the BPI mobile app.

 

How to Enroll

Option 1: Online Enrollment (Recommended)

1. On the BPI app log-in page, Click 'More Services"

2. Swipe up and Click Auto Debit Arrangement under the Payments & wallets

3. Choose “Loans,” then click “BPI Credit Card.” 

4. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully, then tap the checkbox to accept and continue.  

5. Log in to your BPI online username and password. 

6. An Authorization SMS and Email will be sent via registered mobile number/ email address

7. Select the BPI Credit Card Customer Number you wish to enroll in. 

8. Choose your Auto Debit payment mode: Minimum Amount Due, or   Total Amount Due, then click Next. 

9. Select the BPI deposit account you want to use for the Auto Debit Arrangement, then click Next. 

10.  Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.

 

Option 2: Branch Enrollment

Visit any BPI Branch, fill-in, and submit the completed ADA Enrollment Form.

 

When Will Auto Debit Start?

  • Online Auto Debit Arrangement requests are processed within 1 banking day
  • Auto debit will take effect on the next eligible billing cycle after approval

We recommend enrolling at least 2 weeks before your Credit Card due date to ensure timely activation.

 

Important Reminders

  • Please ensure your BPI deposit account has sufficient funds before your credit card due date.
  • Auto debit will be attempted on the assigned due date of your credit card statement.
  • You may update or cancel your ADA enrollment by contacting BPI or visiting a branch, subject to processing timelines.
