Coverage
- All online transactions made on their BPI Omni Credit Card within the policy coverage period (or from the day that the cardholder becomes eligible for the insurance policy up to 365 days) wherein cardholder was deducted an amount after they shared their One-Time PIN either via call, SMS, chat or any other messaging service to a third party.
- 1 claim of a maximum Php 25,000 per card for five years
- Participation fee of 10% of total approved claim amount will be deducted from approved claim.
Coverage Period
- The coverage is valid for 12 months from the date of the eligible purchase.
- At the end of the coverage period, insurance cover will automatically renew as long as card is active and in good-standing and cardholder has had no previous claims within the past five years
- At any point where the card is permanently blocked or cancelled or is blocked due for collections then coverage will stop
- At any point when a cardholder has made a claim against the policy, coverage will stop
- In the case that card is replaced due to renewal, loss or replacement due to fraud, cover will automatically shift to the new card
- Coverage applied on a per card basis; therefore, a primary card and a supplementary card will have different policies

Claims Process
1. Report the Incident Promptly: The Insured must notify BPI within 24 hours of discovering a fraudulent transaction.
2. File a Police Report: A police report must be filed within 7 days of the incident, and a police reference number or any proof that a report was made must be obtained.
3. Submit a Claim Form: The Insured must submit the completed claim form to Chubb via email (digitalclaims.ph@chubb.com) or contact the hotline (+632 8849-6000) within fifteen (15) days from the date BPI issues its written Liability Letter to the Insured. The 15-day period starts on the send date indicated on BPI’s letter/email. Claims submitted after this period may no longer be eligible for reimbursement.
