This Supplemental Terms and Conditions outlines the additional features, benefits, and specific provisions unique to the BPI Omni Card. These Supplemental Terms and Conditions form an integral part of, and must be read together with, the BPI Credit Card Terms and Conditions, as the same may be amended by BPI from time to time, and which terms and conditions are incorporated here by reference. BPI may, at any time and for whatever reason it may deem proper, amend, revise or modify these Supplemental Terms and Conditions, and any such amendments, revisions, supplements or modifications shall be binding on the Cardholder. The Cardholder shall be notified (through any of the means provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions) of any amendments, revisions or modifications to these Supplemental Terms and Conditions at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date thereof, unless the amendments, revisions or modifications shall take effect as otherwise directed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas or provided by applicable laws, rules or regulations.

II. Accumulation of BPI Points Earned from BPI Omni Card
1. All BPI Points earned from the BPI Omni Card are consolidated to the BPI Points pool of the principal cardholder. BPI Points earned by the supplementary cardholder are added to the BPI Points pool of the principal cardholder.
2. BPI Points earned cannot be pooled with another principal cardholder, nor transferred to any other person.
3. x3 BPI Points will be awarded for every PHP 50 Online spend using the BPI Omni Card (whether Physical, Virtual or tokenized card), provided that the cardholder meets a minimum accumulated non-online spend of PHP 10,000 within every SOA cycle.
4. BPI Points earned are rounded down when calculating the number of points earned per spend.

In Scenario A, the Cardholder met the PHP 10,000.00 non-online spend qualifier for spending a total of PHP 16,190 on non-online within the SOA cycle (Petron 2,190 + Power Mac 14,000 = PHP 16,190). As such, the Cardholder is eligible to earn points on his/her online spend. The points are awarded for every PHP 50 online spend. As such, the Cardholder will notice that the Lazada transaction of PHP 35 did not earn points.

In Scenario B, the principal Cardholder and supplementary Cardholder met the non-online spend qualifier for spending a total of PHP 11,000 on non-online within the SOA cycle (S&R 6,000 + SM Appliance 5,000 = PHP 11,000). As such, the principal and supplementary Cardholders are both eligible to earn points on their online spend.
5. BPI Points earned do not expire.
6. BPI Points earned do not have a cap.
7. BPI Points earning will be stopped for blocked accounts due to lost BPI Omni card and compromised token/virtual card from the date of loss report. Points earning will resume for transactions made using the replacement BPI Omni card.
8. Points earned from eligible Credit Card transactions within the SOA cycle will be reflected in the Vybe App of the Principal cardholder.
III. Redemption of BPI Points Earned from BPI Omni Card
1. Redemption of points can be made anytime through the Vybe App. To download Vybe, go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
2. Only the Principal cardholder is eligible to redeem BPI Points.
3. BPI points are eligible for redemption only for accounts that are current and in good credit standing, (i.e. card must not be delinquent, suspended, blocked or cancelled) at the time of redemption.
4. For cancelled cards, redemption is allowed within 60 days from the date of cancellation, provided that the account was in good credit standing at the time of cancellation. Unredeemed points will be forfeited 60 days from date of voluntary or involuntary cancellation.
IV. E-Commerce Protection
The BPI Omni Card comes with an E-commerce Protection benefit that insures the cardholder on online purchases in case of accidental damage or non-delivered/incomplete delivered goods. To view the full terms and conditions of E-commerce Protection.
V. Online Fraud Protect Insurance
The BPI Omni card comes with an Online Fraud Protect feature (Personal Cyber Protection Insurance) that is a specialized insurance policy designed to protect BPI Omni credit cardholders from financial losses caused by cyber fraud, online scams, and unauthorized transactions on their BPI Omni Card. This feature is available to BPI Omni Cardholders based on a required spend and is governed by the Personal Cyber Insurance Protection Wordings.
VI. Credit Limit
The BPI Omni Card will be assigned its own Credit Limit which is separate from any other BPI Credit card that the Cardholder may have. The Primary Cardholder and Supplementary Cardholder by default will have a shared credit limit. The Primary Cardholder can adjust and choose a certain amount of credit limit to be assigned to his/her Supplementary, provided that the Supplementary's assigned credit limit, when added to the credit limit of the Principal Cardholder, shall not exceed the Credit Limit assigned to the BPI Omni Card. BPI may, at its sole option and at any time, change this Credit Limit to an amount which it deems appropriate.
VII. Future Enhancements
The following features and functionalities are not yet available to the BPI Omni Card at launch but may be introduced or enabled at a later date.
A. Cash Advance and Credit Card PIN
The Cash Advance via ATM and Over-the-counter, Credit Card Pin and PIN based transactions are not yet available for BPI Omni Card. Once the Cash Advance, Credit Card PIN change and other related services become available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to these functionalities shall apply.
B. BPI Online Pay Bills
The BPI Omni Card shall not be available as a source account in BPI Online’s Pay Bills functionality. The Cardholder may use the BPI Omni Card to pay the merchants directly. Once this service becomes available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the Online Banking Terms and Conditions, BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, as well as other applicable terms and conditions relating to this functionality shall apply.
C. BPI Auto Charge
BPI Auto Charge allows cardholders to enroll automatic payments by charging monthly partner merchants (Meralco, Globe at home and Globe) bills directly to their BPI Credit Card. The BPI Auto Charge functionality shall not be available for the BPI Omni Card. Once this service becomes available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, Online Banking Terms and Conditions, as well as other applicable terms and conditions relating to this functionality shall apply.
D. Payment of Oustanding Balance
The Payment of Outstanding Balance functionality through, e-phone and e-ADA shall not be available for BPI Omni Card. Should this feature become available for BPI Omni Card, the Cardholder shall be notified [FM30] accordingly through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms & Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to this functionality shall apply. Payment made to any other BPI Credit Card shall NOT be considered as payment of the BPI Omni Card. The BPI Omni Card shall be paid separately, using the card number of the BPI Omni Card as reference.
E. SIP Loans and Flexipay Services
All installment services namely, Flexipay, FlexipayZero, FlexipayLater and FlexipayLow (formerly, Special Installment Plan, Real 0% SIP, Buy Now, Pay Later and SIP with Add-on, respectively) and SIP Loans including balance conversion, credit to cash and balance transfer, shall not be available for BPI Omni card. Once these functionalities become available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to these functionalities shall apply.
F. Mastercard Automatic Biller Update
Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU) is a service which aims to avoid transaction declines due to changes in the Cardholder’s Credit Card information arising from card replacement (lost or damaged cards) or renewal (expired cards), by updating his/her enrolled merchants of changes to his/her BPI Credit Card information. Should this feature become available for BPI Omni Card, the Cardholder shall be notified accordingly through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (as well as other applicable terms and conditions) relating to this functionality shall apply. The Cardholder authorizes BPI to automatically enroll his/her BPI Omni Card to ABU service and to share changes to his/her Credit Card information to participating Mastercard accredited merchants the Cardholder is enrolled to for the card-on-file transactions (recurring payments) once the ABU service becomes available.
G. Tokenization
The BPI Omni Card may be enrolled as a token (a) for card-on-file transactions, as executed by the merchant and (b) for third party digital wallets, as enrolled by the Cardholder. For tokens enrolled for use in third party digital wallets, the Cardholder may refer to BPI Issuer Terms and Conditions for Digital Wallets for the governing terms, which is presented to the Cardholder and is agreed upon before token enrollment. Enrollment of the token shall be authenticated through One-Time Password (OTP) biometrics or any other authentication methods prescribed by the merchant or third-party digital wallet, as may be applicable. The Cardholder must ensure that his/her electronic mail address and/or mobile number are updated at all times.
Enrolled tokens, which are bound to the Cardholder's mobile or any token-capable device, can be used for contactless transactions via in-store Point of Sale (POS) terminals. Tokens can also be directly enrolled by the e-commerce or card-on-file merchants upon the Cardholder's enrollment of his/her BPI Omni card to the platform. Any transactions arising from enrolled BPI Omni tokens shall be considered authorized by the Cardholder and the Cardholder shall be liable for these transactions.
Should the Cardholder wish to opt out of merchant tokens or card-on-file enrollment, he/she should contact the merchant to remove his/her card details. For third party digital wallet tokens, the Cardholder can, at any point, suspend, resume or delete tokens enrolled for his/her BPI Omni Card by calling 24-hour BPI Contact Center (02) 889-10000 or requesting such change on the third-party digital wallet.
Tokenization of credit card shall not be available for BPI Omni Card upon launch. Once this functionality becomes available, BPI will notify the Cardholder through any of the communication channels provided under Section 22 (Notice & Communication) of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Issuer Terms and Conditions for Digital Wallets, as well as relevant provisions of the BPI Credit Cards Terms and Conditions (and other applicable terms and conditions) relating to this functionality, shall apply.
