How to enroll
1. Fill-out the applicable form for you.
2. Visit your nearest BPI branch to submit the form and other documents or call the 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to enroll.
3. In addition to the accomplished Authorization Form, kindly prepare the following as well:
a. Valid Government Issued ID
b. Utility account / Biller statement of account (soft or hard copy)
c. BPI Credit Card to be nominated in your BPI AutoCharge enrollment
4. You will receive an SMS notification within 7 banking days to know if your enrollment was successful.
