To check the status of your remittance transaction, you may either send an e-mail to email@example.com or inquire through the branches. Along with the Transaction Reference Number, you can also e-mail or give the following information:
- Name of remitter
- Date of transaction
- Amount of remittance
Member banks are required to process transactions within a day, subject to time zone differences and cut-off time of receiving banks.

What is SWIFT GPI?
The SWIFT GPI (Global Payments Innovation) is an initiative by SWIFT to improve customer experience by providing real-time tracking of the outward cross-border remittance transaction.
What is the availability of the tracking facility?
You may send your remittance status inquiries from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4:30 PM.
What information will be provided to the customer?
The status of the remittance transaction will be provided to the customer. If the remittance is received, the date and time of beneficiary's receipt will be provided.
