Update mobile details

If you’re overseas, you can update your registered mobile number through the following options:
 

Option 1: BPI Hotline

1. Call (+632) 889-10000 or the toll-free BPI Contact Center in your country to request an update to your registered mobile number.
2. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to complete the process.

Option 2: BPI Help & Support

1. Log in to BPI Help & Support and click Submit a Request
2. Type of request: “BPI Online Account-related Request” → “I want to update my mobile number for my BPI One-time PIN (OTP).”
3. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email to complete the process. 

You can visit any BPI branch to request for an update of your mobile number.

Your new mobile number will be updated in our records after successful ATM activation.

You have 5 banking days to activate your request.

1. Go to BPI Online or Mobile app.
2. Click "Forgot Password."
3. Type your username and select product type.
4. Type your deposit account number, credit card customer number, or loan account number.
5. Enter your date of birth.
6. Create a new password and confirm the password by retyping it.
7. Click "Next" and type your One-Time PIN.

Note: If you have multiple deposit accounts enrolled, just type in one account number.
