1. This Partner Store Transaction may only be completed at select BPI Partner Stores. Please go to Partner Store Directory for the complete list of accredited BPI Partner Stores. Note that the available BPI Partner Stores may vary depending on the type of transaction and the transaction amount involved. 

2. Every Partner Store Transaction must be completed within the period specified on the generated barcode screen (or the screen generated within the BPI Mobile App displaying the barcode used to complete a Partner Store Transaction, including the applicable validity period for such transaction). Otherwise, the barcode for such transaction will expire.   

3. Once a barcode is scanned and rejected as a result of system failure, it may no longer be used and a new barcode must be generated for the desired transaction. 

4. For Partner Store deposits, the following shall apply:

(i) By tapping “Confirm,” you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete, and agree to assume full responsibility for any errors therein. You further agree to hold BPI free and harmless from any loss, damage, or liability  arising from an incorrect number or any information provided.

5. For partner store withdrawals, the following shall apply:

(i) Tapping "Confirm" will automatically deduct the indicated amount for withdrawal from your selected BPI account.

(ii) Should your Partner Store Transaction expire or be rejected (as mentioned in item 3 above), the deducted amount will be automatically credited back to the source account within 1-2 hours from the expiration or rejection of the generated barcode. You may confirm the same by checking your transaction history for “Expired Withdrawal via Partner Stores”.

6. You agree to personally initiate all Partner Store Transactions and to assume full responsibility for any transaction initiated using your BPI mobile app and completed at a BPI Partner Store. The barcode for your Partner Store Transaction shall only be accessible to you, and as such, any transaction effected using such barcode shall be binding upon you.

7. You agree to secure the barcode for your Partner Store transaction, and to safeguard the same as if it were cash.

8. You must keep any barcode generated through the BPI Mobile App secure and confidential. You remain solely responsible for any use, disclosure, sharing, or forwarding of such barcode to third parties (e.g., family members, couriers, or agents)

9. You shall not sell, resell, publicly post, or otherwise distribute any barcode in a manner that may enable unauthorized withdrawals, facilitate fraud or money laundering, or result in a breach of applicable laws or regulations.

10. You shall not alter, copy, reproduce, or otherwise tamper with any barcode, or attempt to use it beyond the stated transaction amount, channel, or validity period.

11. By clicking this form and submitting it electronically, you confirm your agreement to allow the Partner Store to process your transactions on behalf of BPI. You authorize the Partner Store to obtain from you such relevant information as may be reasonably required to process the transaction, and you confirm that all information you provide are true, correct and accurate. You further acknowledge that you have read and understood, and agree to be bound by, the Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, BPI’s Online Banking Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Privacy Policy, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

12. For purposes of this set of Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be defined as follows:

  • “Partner Stores” shall mean BPI-accredited retail stores where clients of BPI can avail of BPI products and services.
  • “Partner Store Transactions” shall mean BPI cash services (i.e., deposit and withdrawal) offered by Partner Stores.
