Load prepaid accounts and e-wallets

Using the new BPI app:

1. Log in to the new BPI app

2. Select "Pay/Load"

3. Select "E-wallet" under Buy load

4. Select the source account you want to pay from.

5. Select an enrolled biller and fill in the necessary details

6. Tap "Continue" and review the encoded details

7. Click on "Confirm" and enter your Mobile Key or One-Time Pin (OTP)

8. Select "Submit" and you're done!

Using the old BPI app and via web browser:

1. Log in to BPI Online or the old BPI app and go to “Payments/Load.”

2. Select “Load e-wallet.”

3. Fill in the details and select an e-wallet.

4. Confirm the details of your transaction then click on “Confirm.”

5. Enter your Mobile Key PIN, fingerprint, or face ID to approve, then select “Submit.”

Note: A loading fee may be deducted from your account depending on the e-wallet you select.

Using the new BPI app:

1. Log in to the new BPI app

2. Select "Pay/Load"

3. Select "Prepaid card" under Buy load

4. Select the source account you want to pay from.

5. Select an enrolled biller/type the prepaid card number and fill in the necessary details

6. Tap "Continue" and review the encoded details

7. Click on "Confirm" and enter your Mobile Key or One-Time Pin (OTP)

8. Select "Submit" and you're done!

Using the old BPI app and via web browser:

1. Log in to BPI Online or the old BPI app and go to “Payments/Load.”

2. Select “Load Prepaid Phone.”

3. Select the account that you’re going to use to pay for the load.

4. Import from your contacts or key in the mobile number of the recipient. The network will be automatically identified based on the mobile number.

5. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm.”

6. Enter your Mobile Key PIN, fingerprint, or face ID to approve, then select “Submit.”

Option 1 - Via other services
1. Login via BPI Online.
2. Select "Other Services" from the menu.
3. Select "Manage Scheduled Transaction".
4. Select "Create scheduled transactions" and select “Load Prepaid Card”.
5. Fill in the details, click next.
6. Confirm the details and enter your One-Time PIN (OTP).
7. You're done!


Option 2 - While loading a Prepaid Account
1. Login via BPI Online.
2. Select "Payments/Load" from the menu.
3. Select the prepaid load transaction you want to do.
4. Select the desired frequency, fill out the other details, then click "Next".
5. Confirm the details and enter your One-Time PIN (OTP).
6. You're done!


Option 3 - After successfully loading a Prepaid account
1. Load a prepaid account (See Option 2).
2. After a successful transaction, click "Make this a scheduled transaction".
3. Select "Frequency" and enter the desired frequency.
4. Fill in the details and click "Create”.
5. Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP).
6. You're done!

1. Login to BPI Online.
2. Select "Other Services" from the menu.
3. Select "Manage Scheduled Transaction".
4. Choose a source account. A list of scheduled transactions under that account will appear.
5. Select the scheduled prepaid transaction you would like to delete.
6. Select “Delete” and a pop-up will appear.
7. Tap “proceed” to delete.
8. You're done!

Using the new BPI app:

1. Log in to the new BPI app

2. Select "Pay/Load"

3. Select "Other services" under Buy load

4. Select the source account you want to pay from.

5. Select an enrolled biller and fill in the necessary details

6. Tap "Continue" and review the encoded details

7. Click on "Confirm" and enter your Mobile Key or One-Time Pin (OTP)

8. Select "Submit" and you're done!

Using the old BPI app and via web browser:

1. Log in to BPI Online or the old BPI app and go to “Payments/Load.”

2. Select “Load Other Prepaid.”

3. Choose which account you would like to load from.

4. Select the prepaid merchant you wish to reload.

5. Enter your Account Number or Service ID Number, select load amount, and tap “Next.”

6. Confirm the details of your transaction. Click on “Confirm.”

7. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) then select “Submit.”
