BPI Express Assist (BEA) Online allows you to set branch appointments using your BPI Online account.

How to set your appointments in BPI Online:
1. Log in to BPI Online.
2.. Go to More and under Contact & Support, tap BPI Express Assist (BEA) > Schedule now.
3. Select your preferred city and branch, then choose your appointment date and time and tap Continue.
4. Tap Add transaction and select the type of transaction you need: Deposit, Withdrawal, Encashment, or Bills Payment.
5. Enter your transaction details.
6. Tap Create transaction > Set appointment to finalize your schedule.
Note: You may view your electronic queue number under the appointments set in BPI.

You can book your schedule up to two (2) banking days in advance using BEA Online.
What transactions can I set in advance?
You may use the branch appointment facility in BPI Online for the following transactions:

Do I have to be enrolled in BPI Online to set my branch appointments in advance?
Yes, you have to be a registered online banking user to avail of this facility. To enroll, go to BPI Online and click on Register Now.
How long is each BEA Online appointment?
Each appointment is scheduled for 30 minutes.
