If you have a BPI online account and a BPI debit card
Log in to the BPI app, then tap More > Security > Update mobile number. Enter your debit card number and new mobile number.
Once the update is a success online, activate your new mobile number by going to the nearest BPI branch ATM within 5 banking days.
If you don’t have a BPI online account or a BPI debit card
Visit the nearest BPI branch. Bring proof of billing and a valid government ID.
If you’re not in the Philippines
Call us through the toll-free BPI Contact Center in your country. For your security, documents will be requested.
