1. Log in to the VYBE app
2. Tap “VYBE eWallet”
3. Tap “Add Money”
4. Select the BPI Account where you want to deduct your money from
5. Pre-select or input the amount then tap “Next”
6. A 6-digit code will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number
7. Enter the 6-digit code and tap “Submit”
8. A confirmation page will be displayed.

1. Log in to BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app
2. Select “Payment / Load”
3. Select “Load eWallet"
4. Provide the following details:
a. Load from: Choose your desired source of funds
b. Load to: Select “VYBE” from the eWallet list
c. Reference number: Enter your mobile number registered to your VYBE account using the format “63xxxxxxxxxx”
d. Load amount: Enter your desired load amount
5. Review your transaction details
6. Authorize the transaction via your mobile key
7. A confirmation page shall be displayed

How do I know if my Add Money transaction was successful?
The transaction will be credited in real time and an email confirmation from noreply_vybe@bpi.com.ph will be sent to your registered email address. You may also check your wallet balance to confirm your transaction.
How do I know if my Send Money transaction was successful?
An email confirmation from noreply_vybe@bpi.com.ph will be sent to your registered email address. A notification will also be sent via the VYBE app.
What are the wallet and transaction limits of VYBE?
You can keep a maximum of Php 30,000 in your VYBE wallet at any given time. Incoming transactions that exceed this limit will be rejected.
Your VYBE wallet also has a monthly incoming limit of Php 100,000 which covers Add Money and Send Money transactions. This resets every start of the month.
Are my transactions posted in real time?
Yes. All VYBE transactions are credited and debited in real time. Ensure that you have a stable network connection when you make transactions. Should you still encounter issues, kindly allow BPI to adjust your wallet in two (2) banking days after the date of transaction.
What happens if my Add Money transaction did not reflect in my wallet?
BPI will identify and credit back failed Add Money transactions after two (2) banking days.
