Add and send money

Add money to your VYBE e-wallet within the app by following these steps:

1. Log in to the VYBE app
2. Tap “VYBE e-wallet"
3. Tap “Add Money”
4. Select the BPI Account where you want to deduct your money from
5. Pre-select or input the amount then tap “Next”
6. A 6-digit code will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number
7. Enter the 6-digit code and tap “Submit”
8. A confirmation page will be displayed.

Add money to your VYBE e-wallet using your BPI Online or BPI Mobile app by following these steps:

1. Log in to BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app
2. Select “Payment / Load”
3. Select “Load e-wallet"
4. Provide the following details:

a. Load from: Choose your desired source of funds
b. Load to: Select “VYBE” from the e-wallet list
c. Reference number: Enter your mobile number registered to your VYBE account using the format “63xxxxxxxxxx”
d. Load amount: Enter your desired load amount

5. Review your transaction details
6. Authorize the transaction via your mobile key
7. A confirmation page shall be displayed

Add money to your VYBE e-wallet from ECPay kiosks by following these steps:

1. Tap on the ‘Cash-in’ button on the transaction selection screen.

2. Agree to the Data Privacy Consent by tapping ‘Yes.’

3. Select ‘VYBE by BPI.’

4. Enter the VYBE mobile number and tap ‘Proceed.’

5. Enter the desired amount you want to cash in, and tap ‘Proceed.’ The minimum amount is Php 100.

6. Enter the Recipient's Name and tap ‘Proceed.’

7. Enter the mobile number to receive the SMS confirmation and tap ‘Proceed.’

8. Confirm the cash-in details and select your mode of payment.

9. Insert your bills in the machine one at a time. The machine will automatically process if the total amount inserted meets the total amount of the transaction.

10. Once confirmed, tap ‘Yes’ to print your receipt.

11. Once the transaction is complete, the amount will be reflected on your VYBE e-wallet balance real-time.

12. The VYBE recipient will receive a notification via SMS for the transaction. 

Add money to your VYBE e-wallet from Pay&Go kiosks by following these steps:

1. Tap on the ‘Top-up Wallet’ on the transaction selection screen.

2. Select ‘VYBE by BPI’

3. Enter the VYBE mobile number you want to cash in to.

4. Enter the amount you want to cash in.

5. Enter the mobile number to receive the SMS confirmation and tap ‘Proceed.’

6. Confirm the cash-in details and select your mode of payment.

7. Insert your bills in the machine one at a time. The machine will automatically process if the total amount inserted meets the total amount of the transaction.

8. Once confirmed, tap ‘Yes’ to print your receipt.

9. Once the transaction is complete, the amount will be reflected on your VYBE e-wallet balance real-time.

10. The VYBE recipient will receive a notification via SMS for the transaction.

Add money to your VYBE e-wallet from an M Lhuillier branch:

1. At an M Lhuillier branch, fill out the Kwarta Padala form

• VYBE mobile number 
• Cash-in amount 

2. Submit the form to the cashier and receive the transaction receipt

3. Check your VYBE e-wallet if the has already been reflected

There are different ways to add money to your VYBE e-wallet:

1. Add Money from your BPI account within the VYBE app, if you are a VYBE Pro user

2. Add Money through a BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.

3. Receive money from other banks, e-wallets, and other VYBE users

A notification will be sent via the VYBE App. You may also check your wallet balance to confirm your transaction.

An email confirmation from noreply_vybe@bpi.com.ph will be sent to your registered email address. A notification will also be sent via the VYBE app.
