Mobile Key is an added layer of security for your BPI online transactions. It lets us know that it’s really you who is accessing or transacting with your online account.
Please note that you need mobile data or a Wi-Fi connection to use Mobile Key.
Follow these steps to activate Mobile Key on your BPI app.
Step 1: Log in to the BPI app, then tap More at the bottom part of the screen.
Step 2: Scroll down to Settings, then tap Security.
Step 3: Tap the toggle for Mobile Key.
Step 4: Nominate a 6-Digit PIN code.
Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Mobile Key is a fast and safe way to approve transactions.
It allows you to confirm and complete your transactions with your Mobile Key PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID. It also verifies your logins to your BPI online account through a web browser simply by tapping a notification or by scanning a unique QR code using the BPI app on your Mobile Key-enabled primary device.
Mobile Key confirmation is required for the following to let us know that it’s really you who is accessing or transacting with your online account.
Some devices let you approve transactions with your fingerprint or Face ID, instead of having to type in a 6-digit PIN.
