How to pay for a biller using BPI QuickPay

1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up, and tap “BPI QuickPay.”
2. Select the biller you wish to pay for.
3. Input the following details:
a. Reference Number
b. Amount to pay
c. Your BPI Online registered email address
d. Other biller information such as Customer Account Number, Account Name, Due Date, and Bill Invoice Number for select billers.
4. Tap on “Validate.”
5. Enter your BPI Online registered email address.
6. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
7. Select an account you wish to pay from, and tap “Pay using BPI.”
8. Confirm the mobile number where your One-Time PIN will be sent, and tap “Pay.”
9. Key in the One-Time PIN sent to you and tap “Proceed.”
10. A confirmation page will be displayed and a payment confirmation receipt will be sent via email.

Who can use BPI QuickPay?

BPI clients who have savings and checking accounts enrolled in BPI Online.

How do I pay a biller using BPI QuickPay?

1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up, and tap “BPI QuickPay.”
2. Select the biller you wish to pay for.

Is there a transaction fee for every BPI QuickPay transaction?

Yes. Two types of transaction fees will be collected depending on the biller: a partner collection fee and a bank convenience fee.

Can I cancel my successful payment?

No. Cancellation is not allowed.
