How to pay for a biller using BPI QuickPay

1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up, and tap “BPI QuickPay.”
2. Tap on “Get Started” and select the biller you wish to pay.
3. Select the biller you wish to pay for.
4. Input the following details:

a. Reference Number
b. Amount to pay
c. Your BPI Online registered email address
d. Other biller information such as Customer Account Number, Account Name, Due Date, and Bill Invoice Number for select billers.

5. Enter your BPI Online registered email address.
6. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
7. Select an account.
8. Enter your One-Time PIN and you’re done.

What is BPI QuickPay?

BPI QuickPay is a fully digital platform that enables clients to pay select billers in real-time, without having to enroll these billers.

Where can I access BPI QuickPay?

You can access it from the login screen of the BPI Mobile app. Just swipe up and tap “BPI QuickPay.”

Who can use BPI QuickPay?

BPI clients who have savings and checking accounts enrolled in BPI Online.

Is there a transaction fee for every BPI QuickPay transaction?

Yes. Two types of transaction fees will be collected depending on the biller: a partner collection fee and a bank convenience fee.

Is there a daily limit for payments on BPI QuickPay?

Yes. The default aggregate limit for payments on BPI QuickPay is Php 50,000 per day. The aggregate limit also applies to top ups and payments in external partner apps and websites. You may change the transaction limit in the BPI Online Account Maintenance page.

When will my payment be reflected?

Payments may be reflected in real-time* or the next banking day depending on the biller.

* Real-time Meralco payments via BPI QuickPay should be made between 7:00 AM to 6:59 PM daily.

Can I cancel my successful payment?

Transactions cannot be cancelled once you have submitted the One-Time PIN.

Where can I get the reference number?

Please coordinate with your biller for issuance of the reference number.
