What is BPI AutoCharge?

BPI AutoCharge is a payment facility that allows you to settle recurring payments by charging the monthly billing amount automatically to your BPI Credit Card through an enrollment.

What cards can I use for BPI AutoCharge?

Do I earn Real Thrills Rewards (RTR) Points or Real Thrills Rewards Premium (RTR Premium) Points for my BPI AutoCharge transactions?

Yes, you can earn Real Thrills Rewards Points or Real Thrills Rewards Premium Points for your BPI AutoCharge transactions if your BPI Credit Card is RTR or RTR Premium points earning, subject to the respective product’s terms and conditions.

Which billers can I pay with BPI AutoCharge?

Our current partner billers are Globe Telecom and Meralco.

How do I know if my BPI AutoCharge enrollment was successful?

You will receive an SMS notification within 7 banking days to inform you if your BPI AutoCharge enrollment was successful or unsuccessful.

When will my BPI AutoCharge enrollment take effect?

After successful enrollment, BPI AutoCharge will take effect on your next billing cycle. Please settle the balances on statements received prior to enrollment confirmation through other payment channels first to avoid inconvenience.

Can I enroll other people’s Globe and/or Meralco accounts and pay for them with my BPI Credit Card?

Yes, you can enroll other people’s Globe and/or Meralco accounts and have their monthly bills automatically charged to your BPI Credit Card.

I have changes in my card number and/or biller account information. Do I have to update my enrollment?

Yes, you have to update your enrollment if there are changes in your BPI card number, Globe and/or Meralco account number, or any other relevant information about your BPI AutoCharge enrollment. You can update us by calling our 24-hour Contact Center at 889-10000 or by going to your nearest BPI branch.

I experienced a problem with my BPI AutoCharge transaction. How do I reach out to BPI?
