1. AutoCharge Facility (the “Facility”) is the electronic utility or service payment facility of BPI wherein BPI Credit Cardholders (the “Cardholder”) may settle periodic utility or service bills by automatically charging the total amount due to his/her BPI Credit Card (the “Card”).


2. The Cardholder shall enroll the utility or service bill(s) through BPI’s AutoCharge Facility Enrollment Program (the “Program”) before he/she may be allowed to settle the periodic bills through the Card. BPI has the absolute discretion, without giving any reason or notice, to reject any request for enrollment to the Facility.


3. Cardholders who wish to enroll to the Facility may do so by: (i) calling BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000; (ii) visiting any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) branches and filling out this form; or (iii) by visiting partner billers’ stores/business centers, as may be applicable.


4. Only principal Cardholders are qualified to enroll periodic bill/s to the Facility but the subscriber/policyholder account/s need not be in the name of such principal Cardholder. Otherwise stated, accounts that are not under the principal Cardholder’s name will also be accepted for enrollment to the Facility.


5. Cardholders may enroll an unlimited number of accounts from any participating partner biller.


6. The Card must be in active and current status prior to enrollment to the Facility.


7. Upon enrollment to the Facility, the Cardholder authorizes BPI to automatically charge the total amount due appearing on the relevant periodic utility or service bill(s) to his/her Credit Card account.


8. Prior to enrollment to the Facility, Cardholders must settle any outstanding utility or service bills within the prescribed payment period. Should the Cardholder have any outstanding utility or service bills prior to the approval of his/her enrollment to the Facility, the Cardholder must settle said bills directly with the utility or service company.


9. BPI AutoCharge transactions shall earn Real Thrill Rewards (RTR) Points, subject to the respective Cards’ Terms and Conditions.


10. BPI shall not be held responsible for any penalty, inconvenience, delay, damage, liability, loss or other consequences arising from late or declined payments, including but not limited to disconnection or interruption of utility services.


11. Notwithstanding the late receipt by BPI from the utility or service company/ies of the periodic bills, effectively resulting to late payment by the Cardholder, BPI shall proceed to process and charge to the Card the payment of said late billing without need to notify the Cardholder of the same.


12. BPI shall assume that the bills submitted by the utility or service companies for settlement are valid and correct. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to report and file any dispute such as, but not limited to, overpayment, double payment or erroneous charges directly with the utility or service company.


13. The monthly utility billings, if any, shall form part of the card member’s Total Amount Due, together with Cardholder’s other transactions, and shall be included in the computation of the Minimum Amount Due for each statement cycle.


14. BPI has the right to impose fees and charges for services rendered under the Facility.


15. In case of replacement of lost or damaged or defective card, the enrolled utility or service accounts will be automatically enrolled to the Cardholder’s new card number without need of any further enrollment from or notice to the Cardholder.


16. In case of Card cancellation or reported lost Card without replacement or other available cards on file, payment authorization of the Cardholder’s enrolled utility or service accounts in the Facility will be declined.


17. For renewed, replaced, upgraded or downgraded cards, the Cardholder hereby authorizes BPI to automatically re-enroll under the renewed, replaced, updated, downgraded card number, all accounts previously enrolled to the AutoCharge Facility, without need of notice to or consent of the Cardholder.


18. BPI reserves the right to reject any AutoCharge payment authorization or cancel any and all of the payment options under the Facility in case of, among others, blocked card, expired card, maxed out credit limit, overdue balance on either the biller or credit card, suspended or past due status on either the biller or the credit card, invalid subscriber or policyholder number, Cardholder’s cancellation of his/her AutoCharge Facility enrollment, cancellation of the Card, or in case of breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.


19. The Cardholder shall immediately notify BPI by calling BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000 of any cancellations, changes or circumstances that may be relevant to the implementation of the Facility, including changes: (i) in his/her mobile number where SMS messages regarding, among others, rejected AutoCharge payment authorizations are sent to; or (ii) in the reference, policy or account number of the enrolled utility or service account.  In case of Cardholder’s failure to notify, any liability or late charges due to late payment or non-payment of the enrolled utility or service bills shall be for the account of the Cardholder.


20. The same utility or service bill cannot be enrolled twice in the Facility. If a Cardholder decides to transfer the enrollment of a utility or service bill to another Card account, he/she should call BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000 or visit any BPI or BFSB branch to fill out and submit the relevant form to request the cancellation of the enrollment of a utility or service bill under the previously assigned Card account and the enrollment of such utility or service bill under his/her newly designated Card account.


21. Should the Cardholder decide to cancel his/her enrollment to the Facility, he/she should call BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000 or visit any BPI or BFSB branch to fill out and submit the relevant form to request the cancellation, which shall be effective only after fifteen (15) days from BPI’s receipt of such notification without prejudice to unpaid and accrued obligations of the Cardholder to BPI, if any.


22. The enrollment to the Facility is co-terminus with the Cardholder’s membership with BPI Cards.


23. BPI shall inform the Cardholder within a reasonable time in case the payment agreement between BPI and the utility/service provider has been terminated. It is understood that the obligation of BPI to process payment of periodic bills under the AutoCharge Facility shall automatically cease upon termination of BPI’s agreement with the utility/service provider.


24. BPI shall be notified immediately in writing of any billing error in the Statement of Account (SOA).If no error is reported within twenty (20) days from statement date, the SOA shall be considered correct and binding upon the Cardholder.The Cardholder shall then recognize and admit the integrity of the SOA as an electronic document pursuant to the Electronic Commerce Act and promises to pay the amount thereon on its due date without presentation of sales slips.


25. BPI, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, stockholders, officers, employees, representatives, agents, service providers and such other persons or entities engaged by BPI, whether within or outside the Philippines, are authorized to disclose and share information to the utility or service company in relation to the existence and status of the Cardholder’s account, enrollment to the Facility, cancellation/termination of such enrollment, reason for AutoCharge rejection, or to respond to complaint/s filed or inquiries made by the Cardholder, insofar as such disclosure or sharing of information may be required or necessary to enable BPI to perform its contractual obligations under or in connection with the delivery or implementation of the Facility.


26. The above Terms and Conditions may be amended and supplemented by BPI from time to time.


27. The Cardholder agrees to and is bound by all the terms and conditions herein stated, including the Terms and Conditions in separate documents governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards and any amendments thereto. The Cardholder represents and warrants that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions as evidenced by the Cardholder’s signature on the enrollment form, the Card and/or sales slips or other forms of documents evidencing charges to the Card, or when the Cardholder retains or uses the Card.

Corporate Credit Card
Corporate Credit Card

1. AutoCharge Facility (the “Facility”) is the electronic utility or service payment facility of BPI wherein BPI Credit Cardholders, including BPI Corporate Credit Cardholders (the “Cardholder”), may settle periodic utility or service bills by automatically charging the total amount due to his/her BPI Credit Card (the “Card”).


2. The Cardholder, or any company authorized representative, in the case of BPI Corporate Credit Cards, shall enroll the utility or service bill(s) through BPI’s AutoCharge Facility Enrollment Program (the “Program”) before the company may be allowed to settle its periodic bills through the Card. BPI has the absolute discretion, without giving any reason or notice, to reject any request for enrollment to the Facility.


3. Cardholders who wish to enroll to the Facility may do so by: (i) calling BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000; (ii) visiting any BPI or BPI Family Savings Bank (BFSB) branches, filling out this form, and sending the same to corporatecards@bpi.com; or (iii) by visiting partner billers’ stores/business centers, as may be applicable.


4. Only periodic bill/s of the company may be enrolled to the Facility for payment through the BPI Corporate Credit Card; and only Corporate Credit Cardholders authorized by the company or its Corporate Card Administrator are qualified to apply for such enrollment.


5. Cardholders may enroll an unlimited number of accounts from any participating partner biller.


6. The BPI Corporate Credit Card must be in active and current status prior to enrollment to the Facility.


7. Upon enrollment to the Facility, the Cardholder authorizes BPI to automatically charge the total amount due appearing on the relevant periodic utility or service bill(s) to his/her Credit Card account.


8. Prior to enrollment to the Facility, Cardholders or the company must settle any outstanding utility or service bills within the prescribed payment period. Should the Cardholder or the company have any outstanding utility or service bills prior to the approval of his/her enrollment to the Facility, the Cardholder or the company must settle said bills directly with the utility or service company.


9. BPI AutoCharge transactions shall earn Real Thrill Rewards (RTR) Points, subject to the BPI Corporate Credit Card’s Terms and Conditions.

The Cardholder, the company's Corporate Card Administrator or any of its authorized representatives shall immediately notify BPI by calling BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000 of any cancellations, changes or circumstances that may be relevant to the implementation of the Facility, including changes: (i) in the mobile number where SMS messages regarding, among others, rejected AutoCharge payment authorizations are sent to; or (ii) in the reference, policy or account number of the enrolled utility or service account.  In case of Cardholder’s failure to notify, any liability or late charges due to late payment or non-payment of the enrolled utility or service bills shall be for the account of the Cardholder.

21. Should the Cardholder or the company decide to cancel enrollment to the Facility, the Cardholder, the company's Corporate Card Administrator or any of its authorized representatives should call BPI Phone Banking at 889-10000 or visit any BPI or BFSB branch to fill out and submit the relevant form to request the cancellation, which shall be effective only after fifteen (15) days from BPI’s receipt of such notification without prejudice to unpaid and accrued obligations of the Cardholder and the company to BPI, if any.


22. The enrollment to the Facility is co-terminus with the Cardholder’s or the company’s membership with BPI Corporate Credit Cards.
