1. The Principal Credit Card (applied for during the promo) must be active and current at the time of awarding. If the eligible card is cancelled and replaced during the Promo Period, it will no longer be eligible for this Promo.
2. Unless otherwise stated, this Promo cannot be combined with any other existing bank promotion. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, including but not limited to eligibility, coverage dates, and fulfillment, BPI’s decision, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be final.
3. Any fraud, abuse, or unauthorized action involving credit card transactions or participation in the Promo may result in disqualification, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges, at BPI’s discretion.
4. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards are deemed incorporated herein by reference and shall apply where relevant to this Promo.
5. By participating in this promo and/or claiming the prize, the winner of the Promo, and their companions hereby agree as follows:
- BPI is authorized to provide information of the winner, and their companions to third-party contractors or agents to implement the promo including the raffle draw and procurement of prizes.
- BPI is authorized to collect the personal information of the winner, and their companions during the travel, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. In this connection, BPI may, subject to compliance with applicable rules and regulations, use and disclose the personal information of identified winners, including their name, photographs, for marketing purposes related to this promo and the winner, his/her transferee, and their companions agree to waive any right to royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
- BPI has the right to take their photographs and videos during activities within the travel, event, and staycation period and to use these photographs and videos in any and all post-promo publicity/communication materials /media, whether online and offline, and other marketing materials of BPI. In this connection, the winner, and their companions are deemed to have waived any right to any royalties, fees or any form of remuneration for such use on BPI social media pages, electronic direct mail, and press releases.
- Where applicable, the winner shall execute, and/or their companions to execute, a consent form setting forth the above.
6. This Promo is subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI policies and procedures, BSP rules and regulations, and other applicable laws.
7. Application and issuance of qualified BPI Credit Cards remain subject to BPI’s applicable credit parameters and approval process.
8. Employees of the Bank of the Philippines Islands (BPI), its subsidiaries and affiliates and other third-party agencies directly involved in this promo, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity, are disqualified from participating in this Promo. In case the declared winner is found to be falling in any of the categories described in this section, the winner is automatically disqualified, and a new raffle will be conducted to replace the disqualified winner to be witnessed by a DTI representative.
9. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, all warranties—whether express or implied—are excluded. BPI makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the prizes awarded under this Promo.
10. The Bank, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the promo at any time.
11. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo.
12. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
