If you have an existing active credit card from other bank, submission of income documents is already waived.

Quick Guide

1. Head to BPI Help & Support.

2. Log in to Help & Support using your BPI online credentials.

3. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Input the OTP to authenticate your log in.

4. Once logged in, go to the main menu and click “Submit a Request”

5. In the “Submit a Request” page, select BPI Credit Card Request from the first drop down field and select “Credit Limit Increase for my BPI credit Card” from the second drop down field.

6. In the same page, do the following

● Select the Customer Number through the drop-down field

● Input the desired credit limit

● Answer the questions “Do you have another credit card from other banks?”

o If your response is YES, provide the card number from other bank

o If your response is NO, upload any of the following income documents:

 

Employment Status

Acceptable Income Documents

Employed

  • Latest 2 Payslips
  • Certificate of Employment with Compensation Issued within 2 months
  • Latest Income tax Return (ITR)

Self-Employed

  • Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)
  • Latest Audited Financial Statements

Beneficiary

  • Proof of allotment

7. Click Submit.

8. An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
