WalterMart Supermarket Promo

1. To qualify for the exclusive offer, the cardholder must meet the required minimum single receipt spend of at least PHP 5,000 and use his or her participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Cards to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

2. For security, E-Commerce access is turned off by default. Go to the official BPI Debit Mastercard page to see the steps on enabling your E-Commerce access and International access in Card Control via BPI Online/BPI Mobile App when you need to transact online. Turn off your access when not in use.

3. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product. 

4. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made. 

5. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant. 

6. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended. 

7. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI. 

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable. 

9. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law. 

10. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit and Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

1. To redeem the reward in-store at participating branches, the cardholder must proceed to the customer service counter of the supermarket where the purchase was made and present the following: 

• Original receipt from Merchant with a minimum single-receipt purchase of PHP 5,000.
  
  
• Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be claimed from the same branch where the purchase was made;
  • Must be valid original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the Participating Merchant where the purchase was made; 
  • Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount, last four (4) digit of the card number and approval code. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted
  • Must be the Customer Copy. Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;  
  • Name and card number printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) must be the same as the one reflected on the card presented;  
  • Transaction date must be within the Promo Period.
     
• Present his or her qualified BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card used in the transaction.
  
  
• Actual Card used must not be expired.

2. Upon release of reward, the customer’s receipt shall be stamped by the WalterMart Supermarket Personnel at the customer service counter. 

3. Only the BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Cardholder may avail of the free item and is non-transferable. Availment through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed. 

4. Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the promo.

5. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.

6. In the event that the offered reward becomes unavailable upon redemption, Merchant must replace the reward item with an item of equal or greater value with the concurrence of the Cardholder.

To redeem the free item for online purchases:

• All orders must be placed through the grocery delivery website: www.waltermartdelivery.com.ph
  
  
• The cardholders must purchase a total minimum order of PHP 5,000 using a qualified BPI Credit, Debit or Robinsons Bank Credit or Debit Card.
  
  
• Use the PROMO CODE FREESNACKS upon checkout, valid for one-time use per user/customer per day.
  
  
• The promo is valid on all online orders delivered to participating areas.
  
  
• For orders paid online, WalterMart Delivery Head Office shall verify payment status and card used. The free item will be delivered together with the grocery items only if payment is successful using a qualified BPI or Robinsons Bank Card.
  
  
• For BPI or Robinsons Bank Card payment upon delivery, the rider must check if the card used is qualified for the promo and collect the charge slip/transaction receipt before the release of the free item to the Cardholder.
  
  
• All delivery personnel shall carry a redemption log sheet. Upon delivery, the cardholder must sign as proof that the premium item is received. The rider shall put ‘Claimed Gift’ on the invoice.
