The promo is open to Principal BPI Credit Card customers who apply for an eligible credit card within the promo period and who meet all of the following conditions:
a. Their application was received with complete documents by BPI;
b. They do not have an existing Principal BPI Credit Card;
c. They do not have a previously cancelled BPI Credit Card in the last twelve (12) months before application;
d. Their application was subsequently approved within 30 days from promo end date.
If the last Principal Credit Card was cancelled for more than twelve (12) months (365 days), and customer has no existing Principal BPI Credit Card upon application, then the newly approved Principal Credit Card is eligible to participate in the promo.
To participate:
1. The Principal Cardholder must register via the registration portal within the registration period, depending on when his/her credit card was approved.
2. The Principal Cardholder will be asked to provide his/ her unique promo code sent by BPI through email or viber.
3. If cardholder availed of more than one card, cardholder will only get 1 unique promo code. Cardholder will only need to register once for all cards.
4. A confirmation page will prompt to confirm receipt of his/ her registration.
5. The Principal Cardholder will receive a notification message from Giftaway on his/ her successful registration, and a unique portal link for the eGC hub, through SMS and/or email, within ten (10)working days from date of registration.
After the Principal Cardholder submits his/her registration via the registration portal, a page will prompt, confirming receipt of his/ her registration. The Principal Cardholder will be notified by Giftaway on the registration result through SMS and/ or E-mail within ten (10) banking days from the registration date.
The Principal Cardholder will be notified on the registration result through his/ her registered contact information via SMS and/or email in BPI’s system within ten (10) banking days from the registration date.
The Principal Cardholder will only receive one promo code which is applicable for both cards. Once registered, all eligible cards will automatically be registered.
No, only the Principal Cardholder can register to the promo. However, all qualified purchases made by the Principal Cardholder’s participating supplementary credit card(s) will also qualify for the spend requirement.
The eligible Principal cardholders may call our 24-hour BPI Contact Center at (+632) 889-10000 to get his/her unique promo code within the registration period. In case there is a change in contact details, cardholder should also update his/her email address and mobile number on record to get the registration confirmation from Giftaway.
The Principal Cardholder will receive a SMS from BPI on the next banking day once the card is approved.
SMS Message: Congratulations! Your BPI Credit Card application has been approved. Your card will be delivered to your billing address within 15 working days. For inquiries, call 889-10000.
The SMS approval is sent on the next banking day from system approval, which means the card was approved on August 29, 2025. Thus, the registration and spend period is from August up to October 31, 2025.
The basis for your transactions to be included in the promo is the transaction date reflected in BPI’s system.
Yes, transactions of the Supplementary Cardholder are included and considered as part of the total accumulated spend for the welcome gift.
No, the welcome gift is only awarded to the Principal Cardholder.
Cardholder will be awarded a bonus offer if customer has met ALL of the criteria below:
1. The credit card from another bank is a Primary card and not a supplementary card.
2. The credit card from another bank has been existing for at least 12 months.
3.The credit card from another bank has a credit limit of at least P25,000.
If cardholder has satisfied all the criteria above, the bonus offer shall reflect on the ehub on or before the start of the redemption period.
Customers who are approved under BPI’s invitational campaign will be validated against TransUnion Information Solutions Inc. Results from TransUnion Information Solutions Inc. shall be considered final in determining card ownership.
Principal Cardholders may only redeem their eGCs within the applicable redemption period.
Redemption can be made at the eGC Hub. To redeem, the Principal cardholder must perform the following:
1. Click “Redeem your eGCs now” button
2. Choose the eGC store for redemption
3. Click “Redeem”, agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box and click “Proceed”
4. The voucher codes will be displayed and can be accessed on the hub.
Yes, the expiry date per voucher is indicated on the eGC Hub. All unused and unredeemed eGCs will be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of posting of each eGC at the eGC Hub.
No, once a valid redemption is made at the eGC Hub, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or applied to another eGC.
If Cardholder has not met the spend requirement for any of the cards, both cards are no longer eligible under this promo. Cardholder will only be eligible for the reward if he/she has met the spend requirement on the initial card prior to the upgrade.
As long as the Principal Cardholder has successfully registered, he/she is entitled to receive the reward under the BPI Platinum Rewards Card.
Yes, the second card is eligible as long as it is an eligible card and the Principal Cardholder has received a promo code for the first card. The second card will reflect on the ehub after 4 weeks and the spend period shall follow the spend period of the first card. To illustrate, the first card was approved on July 1 and the second card was approved on August 15. The spend period for the second card is from August 15 to September 30, 2025.
