General Policies
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for all individuals who apply for, and are issued, a qualified BPI Credit Card during the Promo Period, subject to other eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder.
2. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Credit Cards, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, Giftaway eGCs, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.
Eligibility and Participation
1. The Promo, which shall run from June 27 to September 30, 2025 (the “Promo Period”), shall be open to the following (“Eligible Cardholders”):
a. Individuals who apply for one or more of the following qualified BPI Credit Cards within the promo period; and
- BPI Rewards Card
- BPI Gold Rewards Card
- BPI Platinum Rewards Card
- BPI Signature Card
- BPI Amore Cashback Card
- BPI Amore Platinum Cashback Card
- Petron BPI Card
*Note: The BPI Rewards Card and BPI Gold Rewards Card cannot be issued to or registered in the name of the same individual simultaneously.
b. whose applications are approved within thirty (30) days from the Promo end date, and who, prior to such application and issuance:
- Did not have an existing principal BPI Credit Card; and
- Did not have BPI Credit Cards which were cancelled within the last twelve (12) months
2. Conversion, upgrade, or change in the card type approved within the spend period will result to disqualification.
3. Spend will be accumulated on a per card basis. For customers who avail themselves of two (2) qualified BPI Credit Cards and are able to meet the spend requirement for only one (1) card, the Eligible Cardholder will be awarded the applicable welcome gift. The spend on both cards shall not be combined to meet the spend requirement on one (1) card.
4. Customers with existing credit cards from another bank (the “Carded”) upon application for a BPI Credit Card will get bonus eGCs upon meeting the spend requirement. A customer is considered a Carded customer if he/ she meets both criteria:
a. Has an existing primary credit card from another bank which is active and in good credit standing for at least 12 months . Supplementary credit card holder from another bank is not included.
b. The existing primary credit card has a credit limit of at least P25,000.
5. Customers who do not meet the criteria above are considered non-carded.
6. For customers who are approved via BPI’s invitational campaign, the card ownership will be validated thru TransUnion Information Solutions Inc. Results from TransUnion Information Solutions Inc shall be considered final.
A. Registration
- Each Eligible Cardholder will receive a unique alphanumeric promo code in his registered mobile number and/or email address in BPI’s records,1 for purposes of registration. For customers who avail of two (2) qualified BPI Credit Cards, the Eligible Cardholder will get one (1) unique alphanumeric promo code. In case an Eligible Cardholder inadvertently deletes the promo code, he may call the BPI Contact Center to ask for the same.
- The promo code will be sent to the customer based on the schedule below. Eligible cardholders must register on or before the deadline to be eligible to participate in the promo.

- Only the principal cardholder, who shall receive an e-mail or Viber message from BPI, is allowed to register to the Promo.
- To register, Eligible Cardholders must visit the registration portal, enter their unique promo code, and supply the information requested for registration.
- After the Eligible Cardholder submits his registration details, a confirmation message will appear on the portal to confirm receipt of his registration from Giftaway.
- The Eligible Cardholder will receive a notification message from Giftaway regarding the result of his registration through SMS and/or e-mail within ten (10) banking days from the date of registration attempt. A successful registration is required to qualify for the Promo.
- By completing his registration, the Eligible Cardholder agrees that his personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway.
- Eligible Cardholders with successful registrations will receive a unique link from Giftaway, and such link shall serve as the Eligible Cardholder’s unique redemption portal via the eGC hub.
- The Principal Cardholder will not be qualified to join the promo if the Principal Cardholder has NOT registered his/her mobile and/or email to the promo.
1The mobile number or e-mail address used for registration must be the same with the Eligible Cardholder’s contact details in BPI’s records. Should there be any changes within the Promo Period, it is the responsibility of the Eligible Cardholder to update his contact information in BPI’s records. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI’s records, the Eligible Cardholder is required to update his contact information by visiting the nearest BPI branch. The Eligible Cardholder may register after two (2) banking days from the date of contact information update.
B. Spend Accumulation
- To be entitled to the Welcome Gift, the Eligible Cardholder must meet the spend requirement during the spend period.

- The bonus / additional offer for carded customers will reflect on or before the start of the redemption period.
- Valid transactions to be included are posted transactions of the following types:

- Special Installment Plan (SIP) merchant transactions
- Credit-to-Cash
- SIP for Schools
- SIP for Hospital
- Balance Transfer transactions
- Utility Bills payment
- Pay Bills via Credit Card
- The following transactions are excluded from the Promo:
- Fees: Late payment fees, gaming fees, replacement fee, check protect fee, cash advance fee

- eCredit transactions
- Balance Conversion Transactions
- Bail and bond payment transactions
- Casino/ Gambling transactions
- Money Transfer Merchant transactions
- Quasi-cash merchant financial institution transactions
- Political Organization transactions
- Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like)
- Business transactions such as but not limited to direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution, payment services, and professional services.
- Valid transactions made by the Eligible Cardholder (who should be the principal cardholder) and his supplementary cardholder(s) during the applicable spend period using their eligible cards will be accumulated and shall be considered as the Eligible Cardholder’s total transactions under this Promo.
- The Eligible Cardholder may view the qualified transactions in the eGC hub. Qualified transactions are posted in the eGC hub within ten (10) banking days from the date of posting of transactions in BPI’s system.
- Eligible transactions are based on the transaction date as reflected in BPI’s System.
C. Redemption
- Eligible Cardholders must monitor their transactions and check if they have met the spend requirement within the applicable spend period.
- At the end of each spend period, the welcome gift and applicable bonus offer for Eligible Cardholders who meet the spend requirement will be unlocked and can be redeemed through the redemption portal (eGC hub) within the specified redemption period below:

- To redeem, select “Redeem Now” and choose your preferred eGC option. The eGCs shall be in Php500 denomination.
- A confirmation page will prompt and the vouchers will be stored on the eGC hub.
- Instructions on how to use the redemption code will also be displayed on the eGC hub. Specific redemption instructions are provided per merchant.
- The redemption code is transferable to the Eligible Cardholders' nominated recipient as long as he meets the requirements in using the redemption code.
- The eGC is for one-time use only.
- As the eGCs come in Php500 denominations only, if the total value of eGCs used to redeem an item is not used up, the remaining value will be forfeited. To illustrate, if the Eligible Cardholder wants to redeem an item worth Php2,250 purely with eGCs, the Eligible Cardholder must use five (5) eGCs, totaling Php2,500. The Php250 will not be refunded to the Eligible Cardholder,and will be forfeited. However, the Eligible Cardholder will have the option to supplement his eGCs with cash. In the example above, the Eligible Cardholder may choose to use only four (4) eGCs totaling Php2,000, and pay the merchant the remaining Php250 in cash.
- All terms and conditions relating to the use of eGC code redemption per merchant, as indicated in the redemption portal, shall apply.
- The status of each qualified eGC will be reflected in the eGC hub, e.g., Active, Used, Expired.
- The eGC is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos.
- All earned but unredeemed eGCs in the eGC hub will expire after the applicable redemption period.
- All unredeemed eGCs at partner merchant will be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of redemption in the eGC hub.
- Once a redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or applied to another item, or eGC.
- The eGCs are NOT convertible to BPI Points, cash, or cash credit.
- The Eligible Cardholder is responsible for safekeeping his eGC and unique redemption portal link (eGC hub). BPI and the merchant partner shall not replace the redeemed eGC code.
- BPI will not send notifications via SMS and/or email on the expiry of the earned eGCs. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Cardholder to track the expiry of his rewards in the eGC hub.
- BPI will not accommodate cardholder requests in re-sending eGCs due to reasons such as, but not limited to:
a. Lost, stolen or defective mobile device
b. Expired eGCs
c. The eGC was successfully sent to the principal cardholder’s registered contact information in BPI’s system, but the contact information is no longer in use by the cardholder without updating his/her records with BPI.
1. Select BPI depositors who received an invitational offer via telesales, email, viber and sms will receive up to P2,000 eGCs if they register and meet the minimum spend requirement. The communication material will indicate the bonus eGC offer that client is entitled to.
2. Customers will see the bonus offers that they are eligible for after they successfully register at the ehub.
3. The bonus eGCs will be unlocked on the first day of the redemption period, assuming client met the spend requirement and shall follow the same redemption period and expiry date.
1. The principal credit card must be active and current at point of awarding.
2. This Promo, unless otherwise provided, will not apply in conjunction with any other welcome gift promotion. In case of dispute pertaining to the Promo including, but not limited to, the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BPI’s decision, with the concurrence of DTI, will prevail. Any and all questions or disputes regarding the eGCs received in connection with this Promo must be raised to Giftaway (support@giftaway.ph) within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the eGCs.
3. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of the redemption period or not later than April 30, 2026, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.
4. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on credit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or the charge of the full value of the eGC to the Principal Cardholder’s account, according to BPI’s discretion.
5. By joining this promo, cardholders have authorized BPI to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process of the eGC code(s).
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
7. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
8. The application for, and issuance of, the qualified BPI Credit Cards, shall be subject to BPI’s applicable credit parameters.
9. BPI employees are disqualified to join the Promo.
10. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes
