3. The rebate will be credited to the Principal Cardholder's active BPI Credit Card within ninety (90) days from the end of the promo period. Principal Cardholder will be notified via SMS, email, or Viber Message once the rebate has been credited to their account
4. To qualify for the promo, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her online purchases.
5. Only online transactions shall qualify for the promo. Transactions made at physical stores thru point-of-sale terminals are not qualified.
6. The qualified transactions should be made within the promo period (based on transaction date). The rebate will only be credited once.
7. Should a Cardholder have both a BPI Mastercard and Visa credit card and qualifies for the promo, the rebate will be credited to the BPI Mastercard credit card.
8. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the promo.
9. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
10. In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
Customer Journey
1. Pre-selected cardholders will receive communications about the promo.
2. Cardholders must shop online and meet the qualified frequency and transaction amount based on their segment within the promo period.
3. Cardholder will receive the rebate and will be notified within ninety (90) days after the end of promo period.
